The unit was on the 3rd floor (rooftop), so if you are traveling with senior, it’s not advisable since malalaki steps ng stairs. Malaki ang balcony. The room was just right for 4pax. Mainit sa tanghali, di kaya ng AC, so good thing may electric fan to help circulate the air. Plates were a bit small, we were 4 and had 4 plates. So wala kami magamit pang serving plate. We were able to cook sa terrace since not allowed to cook inside, which is ok lang. CR was okay naman, with bidet, flush & hot water. Pero maliit yung drainage so matagal mawala water sa floor pag naligo ka. I liked that they have free drinking water, and it was self-check in. So nakapasok kami with no issues even at 12 midnight.

The place is great! It’s clean and has good wifi. May is a wonderful host! She made sure we’ve settled right in and even gave us a free extension. We’ve had a pleasant stay:) thank you!

We were impressed by the complete interior and the thoughtfulness of providing everything we needed, including drinking water, utensils, basic supplies, and cooking ware. The aesthetic vibe of the unit was delightful, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The entire booking process, from initial inquiry to check-in and check-out, was seamless and well-handled by Ms. Tes, with assistance from Ms. Violy and Ms. Noemi. They were responsive, helpful, and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have! We'd love to return and experience it again. It was a wonderful place and Car is very responsive and tells all the information you needed. Everything is good however there’s not enough toiletries so you need to bring for yourselves. Highly recommended place though.

We had a great time staying with the place. The house has been designed well and the neighborhood itself is peaceful. If you are looking for a place to relax with family and friends, I recommend this one. Just a tip, bring with you groceries and food because the place is quite far from restaurants and supermarket.

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

Probably the coziest apartment with the best interior design at pico de loro. It's close to the country club and a nice walk to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for bringing your own supplies. Marlon is friendly and his caretaker was quick to help.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶

Sir Aldwin was very accommodating — he even helped us commute from the location since it was our first time in the area. He was very hands-on throughout the check-in and check-out process, which made everything smooth and easy. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a great experience for just the two of us. The room was very spacious — it’s normally good for 4 people, but I think it can comfortably accommodate up to 6. The bathroom was fully equipped with all the essentials, and the kitchen was complete as well. The bed was clean, with extra clean sheets provided. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable; we enjoyed streaming Netflix and YouTube without any issues. The balcony was a bit crowded, but it didn’t really matter because we loved the view, especially the glimpse of Taal Lake. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!
