Not so tourist neighborhood but if you have more than 1 week in the city is good to visit for food, shopping, running or simple waking. Some places: Barrancas de Belgrano, Av Cabildo for shopping or Cañitas to have dinner.

Belgrano is a residential upper middle class neighborhood with some commercial areas. Plaza Barrancas is a place for an spontaneous tango or latin dance at dusk.

Calm with low building area and parks, but with great gastronomy, cafes and bars and next to Palermo and Las Cañitas for more activities as well as nightlife where you can watch live bands, plays, fancy restaurants cafes bars and nightclubs.
