A public boat ramp just a mile away makes it easy to launch your boat for waterskiing or fishing. The historic town of Locke is just minutes away and numerous wineries dot the countryside.

Charming Tiny Home on Urban Farm

Welcome to a charming, custom tiny home surrounded by a small urban farm. The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. Welcome to our little patch of country in the rolling hills of Winters- sweeping views of nearby wine country, a beautiful pond, and a disc golf course for fun! We welcome our guests to roam and explore our 12+ acres, feel free to try out our canoe or paddle boat on the pond, birdwatch, and enjoy local hiking spots and points of interest like Lake Solano, and Lake Berryessa. The town of Winters is 10 minutes away and has wonderful restaurants and wine bars featuring local fare.

This is a custom built Houseboat on the Sacramento River. The kitchen has granite counter tops. There is a comfy leather sofa and oversized leather chair with a fireplace. The bedroom features a King size bed and custom cabinets. Sit on covered deck and watch ducks, blue herons, otters, sea lions and beavers enjoying the river. Fish from the covered deck for stripers!! Enjoy the best sunsets in Northern California. Treat yourself to a magical week or weekend on the Delta.

Waterfront home - fish, kayak, swim - 1hr from SF

Welcome to the Georgiana Slough: a gorgeous, slow-moving and quiet river. The River House is the only house in the area built right on the water. It's almost like being on a houseboat, and you can fish right from the deck! Kayaks are provided. Relax, swim, boat, or fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
