There are 2 seperate suites for rent. These are not connected but both open up to a large, private terrace surrounded by gardens. Relax and enjoy the charms of downtown Mystic. Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this private Carriage House is situated just a 1/4 block from downtown, in the heart of Mystic, but also quiet & secluded. The larger suite sleeps 3 with a king bed and smaller full size futon. The smaller suite has a king bed.

Welcome to this peaceful guest house in the country just two hours from NYC or Boston. Cook in, dine out, hike, go to the beaches, watch the sunset on the CT River, sit by the fire pit in the alpaca field or the adirondack chairs in the orchard, go for a bike ride through the hills of Lyme and across the river to Chester via the ferry... Private Upstairs Chef’s Suite at Griswold Cottage

This is a Private suite with private bath. My place is close to the Village Green, it’s shops, restaurants, Chocolatier and bookstore. It’s a half mile to the Guilford beach, 4 miles to the Hammonasett beach in Madison. The house has great light, a cozy relaxing porch, a walking location to the village. You want to take a Picnic lunch with you? talk to me... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, bicyclists or hiking enthusiasts, anyone who just loves history!

Lovely private 1 bedroom apartment with shared entry. Located in bucolic Lyme Ct. which has nearby beaches, tourist attractions, nature parks, small town living, hiking etc. Sparkling clean! Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living spaces incl laundry. Enjoy the outdoor sitting area with sounds of nature and wildlife. Comfortable furnishings, include a sleeper sofa for an extra guest or 2! Private and peaceful yet close to shopping, dining, area attractions and nature pursuits.

"The Parsonage" 1 or 2 Bdrm Suite with full bath

A completely renovated farmhouse ( formally a parsonage) built in 1890. Beautifully landscaped gardens and sitting areas located in the backyard. Backyard amenities include a patio, fire pit, hammock and picnic table. Check in through front door ( shared by owner) to stairs leading to second floor to guest quarters, which include a Master BR, living room/dry kitchenette with mini fridge and large full bath. A 2nd bedroom is available at an additional cost of $30.00 per guest,per night.

Spacious & Private Hudson Valley Getaway

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

Private entrance with front porch You will have 2 private bedrooms, 1.5 private bathrooms, and a large bright and cheerful private entrance room with a large couch and TV with Roku. Mini Fridge stocked with water, beer, milk, and sodas. Coffee maker, hot water kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee, tea, and breakfast cereal provided This suite is private and not shared with hosts 4 guests maximum, after 2 guests there is a $40 fee per additional guest per night

Located on 7 acres in Beacon, NY, our place is a short ride to Main Street and family-friendly activities including art galleries, restaurants, museums, hiking and sightseeing. The nightlife is lively especially on Second Saturday, and you are only little over an hour by train to NYC. You'll love the secluded ridge location, and your friendly host and hostess.
