It is attached to our home but with your own entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite and a walk through wardrobe. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, toaster, microwave and toasted sandwich maker along with essentials such as oil, salt and pepper, tea and coffee etc. Continental breakfast supplies are also provided.

Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Just a 8 minute drive from Palmerston North CBD, in the small village of Longburn. We have a newly renovated guest house situated at the back of our property. With three bedrooms and a fold out couch to relax on while you watch T.V. You will be kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer with a central system throughout this beautiful space. Two cars or a car and trailer can be parked safely on the property if required. We have two cats but do not allow pets. Events are prohibited. .

Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
