I'm not likely to be at the property when you arrive - the property is equipped with a lock box so you can check in at your leisure any time after 3pm. Briar Lane House offers country homestead accommodation in the heart of historic Evandale village. Situated on 5 acres, amongst manicured gardens, we are the perfect base from which to explore Northern Tasmania, or just rest and unwind. Breakfast provisions are provided including bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, a selection of cereals and jams. There is also a second house at Briar Lane which houses Suites 1 and 2. It is separated from the main homestead by the rose garden.
