The separate office has double monitors & a dock for easy lap top plug in. Looking to get a quick workout in? Enjoy the Peloton bike in the home or take a quick walk to the fitness center just two blocks away.

Not just a place to sleep, it's a retreat! Lovely lower level of a home in quiet neighborhood. House is on two acres with fabulous mountain views. Suite is approx. 1900 square feet with lots of amenities including use of hot tub, pool table, fitness room, theater, horseshoes, peaceful outdoor space &more. Beds include one king bed in a bedroom, one full and one queen bed in a bedroom, one queen and one full futon in the recreation room. One full futon in the office area. NO SMOKERS PLEASE!

Smoking & parties are not allowed. Young families are nearby. Dogs are welcome, but strict rules apply. Please read them carefully before booking. A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.

How Suite It Is-2 bedrooms

This 600 square-foot basement level suite has windows in both bedrooms and the family room. It is completely private from the rest of the house and includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with wet bar, toaster, coffee maker, 2 small refrigerators and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is also a 51" TV and wireless internet access. We welcome all ages, including infants (we even have a Pack and Play!) and all ethnicities. Also, we DO give refunds for cancelled flights!

This home is just 2 miles from Broadway, 12 minutes from Pearl Street. Enjoy a relaxing Hot Tub and then cuddle up by the fireplace. There is hiking and skiing close by. In addition, this the premier biking spot. People come from all over to bicycle the roads around this home. Dog friendly property :)

We have a fenced-in backyard & a furnished patio facing the mountains. Our neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly with walking trails and a park nearby. Our location is car-dependent but offers easy driving to Denver, Fort Collins, & Estes Park. You can enjoy it all with the whole family!
