Fabulous location; one block stroll gets you to Roosevelt Park, a few blocks to Longs Peak our local pub, or Luna Cafe coffee shop. By car it’s an easy 20 min commute to Boulder, lovely Lyons 15 minutes away; to RMNP or Denver in under an hour. We are happy to share bicycles, gas grill, hot tub, sauna & swing set. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Small kitchen with hot plate and cooking utensils. Nice mattress with views of the sunrise. Full bath. Nice couch with Netflix on tv. Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around. We have a lively small dog & cat. The dog will bark when you come in, but never ever bites.

We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
