This top level spacious (69m2) one bedroom beach front apartment has unrestricted views to the Airey’s inlet lighthouse. It is located in the heart of Lorne with less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Offering a self contained experience for a couple with sofa bed option. The apartment is part of the Cumberland Resort which includes a pool, gym, gardens and outdoor BBQ facilities. The dedicated onsite underground car space accommodates vehicles to 2.1 m high. This is a non-smoking apartment.

We have a lovely rear deck with bifold windows opening directly onto the kitchen. A great spot for brekkie! Heated with a wood fire, and a split system air conditioner/heater. Unit is located below and separate to the main house. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, one toilet, one living area with dining table, sofa bed, meal preparation area with induction cooktop all with ocean views. Unfortunately NOT suitable for infants, toddlers and pets for various reasons.

I have always loved being beside the beach and you will to. My place is great for families , even 2 families. It has fantastic views of the beach and you can see the waves crashing on to the sand from the lounge/dining area.There is a smart TV which has Netflix and movies and fast WiFi. There is a king bed upstairs with an ensuite, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds downstairs and another lounge area with a second TV. Air-con and heating upstairs and down
