Boogies boards, beach towels for short drive to Topanga Beach. Unwind, take in the views, secluded, perfect to explore Topanga's secret swimming holes, spring fed creek, hiking/biking trails. Books, board games, puzzles etc. when our hens are laying some fresh eggs.

Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Malibu Beach Cottage

Location Location Location. This oceanfront property overlooks the iconic Malibu Colony beach, incredible views, large private patio, and walking distance to shopping/fine dining. Private chef experience available upon request. For the outdoor enthusiast we have sea kayaks, surfboards and you can fish right off the deck. This is a family and dog friendly home with a special history, built in 1932, has been home to famous musicians and actors. Did I mention that dolphins swim by every day?

The tree-shaded bedroom has cork floors for quiet comfort and a sliding wood panel door. The bathroom has a shower with floor to ceiling frosted windows, and there is a private rear deck. Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway

Soak up groovy Topanga vibes and commune with nature at the Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway freestanding guest home. Highlights include lush tropical landscaping, private lawn, furnished decks, hot tub and sauna, an outdoor bathtub and shower, a queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, electric stovetop, and Keurig coffee maker. Pirates can accommodate up to 2 adult guests but no children or pets.

The property includes the Main House, where I reside, and a charming, stand-alone cottage for guests.
