This house is perfectly located - on a quiet residential street just one block to restaurants, cafes, pubs, parks, & library! Enjoy our farmers' market & town pool at Memory Square in the summer and stroll to go ice skating in the winter. Boulder is just a 15-minute drive, Denver 30 & Eldora 50. One can easily get out & explore and come back to Old Town for a lovely evening!

Lite Haus means ‘little house’ in Norwegian. But we also named it this because of the feel of, "Light House". We hope that this space can be a place of "Light" and restoration for each person who stays- a great escape. The home is a wonderful, quick walk to Old Town Louisville (just 3 blocks away). There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques to explore. The home is also a short 15 minute drive from Boulder and a scenic 25 mins. to Denver. Public bus stop is a 1/2 block away.

Once inside the foyer walk 6 steps down private guest suite entry door. Living room/2nd bedroom has a twin bed and privacy curtain. Comfortable sleeping mattress is available when 3 guests prefer separate sleeping arrangements. Dedicated work space desk located in the Master BR. 1 block to bus route. Your privacy is always respected.

TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT! Stay in a real TUMBLEWEED TINY House in the heart of downtown Louisville, Colorado. This sweet tiny has all the amenities (but on smaller scale)! Located just off Main St, two blocks from the center of town and all the activities. Fifteen minute drive to Boulder and close to many trails. A perfect little getaway that is quiet and unique. Plenty of restaurants, activities and nightlife just a couple of blocks away. Note: this unit does not have an oven.

This charming historic 100+ year old miner's cottage has been lovingly restored with modern farmhouse chic. The home is one block away from old town Louisville known for their restaurants, coffee shops, small business and retail shops. Its a short walk to the farmers market and a great location the Street Faire, the annual music festival Friday nights during the summer. RTD busses pick up right outside the house. It's 15 minutes to Boulder by car and 30 minutes to Denver.

Private Guest Suite & Entrance in Old Town

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.

Comfortable, private studio blocks to downtown

Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.
