We are in a rural setting, but yet just a short drive to a variety of State Parks, fishing creeks, and the City of Williamsport - home of the Little League World Series!

Nestled right on the Susquehanna River, RIVER has a great view of Hyner Mountain Vista and easy access down to the water to enjoy at any moment. The beauty of the day floods the inside and the wonders of nature can be seen from every angle of our open floor plan. When evening falls, engulf yourself in beautifully colorful sunsets and vast skies littered with twinkling stars. RIVER is secluded and serine with original art sculptures and MCM pieces. Enjoy comforts of home right at your fingertips.

Paps Place

Paps Place is walking distance to Original Little League and Journey Bank Ballpark @ Historic Bowman Feild, home of the Williamsport Crosscutters. The Little Leauge Museum is approximately 5 miles away. There are numerous local breweries and restaurants near by. Downtown activities are abundant throughout the year. Hiking trails and the river walk are also close to this cozy home. Pennsylvania College of Technology, Wmspt Lumbar Yards, Lycoming College, and UPMC hospital are all minutes away.

The Pajama Factory Sister Loft (3rd Floor)

Secluded A-Frame Cabin

Unique A-frame cabin in private setting. Loft bedroom upstairs and open floor plan on ground floor. Large wrap around deck with covered area for grilling or just hanging out. Great place to take it easy and get away from it all. Wood Stove is the only source of heat. If you need some guideance on how to use the stove I'd be happy to meet up and give you a crash course. Wood for heating cabin is provided. Campfire ring with some wood provided also.

Little Yellow House

Welcome home to our cozy yellow house. This house was built by my grandparents in the 1950s. In the 1990s, it was sold out of the family and we were fortunate enough to reacquire it 30 years later. Much to our delight, the house was in remarkable shape and maintained many of the original touches my grandfather created. Love and kindness have always lived here through out the years and we look forward to sharing this charming space with you.

Cozy Boathouse On the Water

Slow down and unwind in nature at this warm and cozy boathouse right on the water of a 3 acre pond. A wildlife lovers paradise secluded in the forest yet only 12 minutes from downtown Williamsport. Read a book after sleeping beside the electric fireplace. Enjoy a romantic vacation at this beautiful little cottage tucked away in the woods. No TV means you can enjoy the surrounding nature and your loved one. Deer, raccoons, and foxes share the spacious front yard. Take a walk along a tributary of Buffalo Creek as it meanders through the woods, or relax and take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.
