My family adored and loved him, and thought that he was a super host!! His hosting skills were second to none and he’s a real asset to your houses on Airbnb. The children enjoyed the hot spring pool. The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. We had an overall great stay at this resort! The location is peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are cool and comfortable to sleep in. The host was very responsive, and the caretakers were kind and accommodating, which made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A few things that could be improved: having an in-house store for basic necessities would be convenient. The pool water was a bit too hot for our preference, though we understand it’s sourced from a natural hot spring. Also, the fridge might need an upgrade as it didn’t cool as efficiently as expected. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The perfect place to unwind! We were a big group, with children, but we felt taken care of. We felt so at home in this place. The lake is so serene. Did my mat pilates at the grassy shades and on the raft. The house itself is surrounded by a peaceful landscape at the front and seascape at the back. Caretakers are superb! Host is responsive and accommodating. This place is highly recommended!

This is the first time I have absolutely no negative feedback — everything exceeded our expectations. The description was spot-on, the location is excellent, the house was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family, which includes toddlers to seniors, had a fantastic time. There was something for everyone to enjoy, but the real standout was the game room. Unlike typical setups with just pool tables or board games, this one was on another level — packed with nostalgic arcade games, Dance Dance Revolution, a Nintendo Switch, and more. It was overwhelming in the best way, and honestly, one night just wasn’t enough to make the most of everything this place offers. Highly recommend!

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

great place to stay + the pool ✨

property is decorated to very high standard. the combination of inside and outside space through connection of kitchen to swimming pool area is a real design plus. all of the bedrooms have excellent bed and bathrooms. the property has extra nice touches such as great blue tooth speakers and private games room/ den. the caretakers are available to assist but maintained guest privacy at all times. we had a minor issue with some water heaters not working but the host gave us free steaks (which were amazingly good) to compensate. insummary, a great property which will comfortably steep 10-15 guests in luxury. premium price but worth it.

This is our second time staying at Eugene's place, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! It's truly one of the best locations to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature. The surroundings are peaceful and rejuvenating, and we were lucky enough to experience some rain during our stay, which added a magical, almost folklore-like vibe to the entire setting. Always a 5-star stay for us! We hope the place continues to be maintained as it's the perfect getaway for nature lovers. We'll definitely be back again!

It’s our 2nd time to stay in The Baysprings Family Rest House and we did enjoy our stay. The place is very homey & relaxing. Ms. Menchu is indeed a great host & Ms. Lizzel is very nice & responsive as well. Really love this place!🥰👍

it is a safe place to stay and very near to the market, church, drugstore and just a few minutes away from Kamay ni Hesus. Commendable.

The place is nice and accurate as per pictures. They are great and accommodating. Going there, make sure you use google maps and follow the pin they placed in the picture.

Balai Pahuwai is really a nice place to stay. Perfect place to relax and a place that is so peaceful and a time to really bond with family. Me and my family really like the place and the staff is really accommodating and Bang is always responsive and very helpful to our request. It’s too bad we didn’t managed to experience the bamboo bridge because it is under maintenance but overall we like our stay in this place and it is very clean. I might book it again in the future. The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.

Probably the best bang for the buck you can find for 20 to 30 pax that has a private pool and around a 3 min walk from the beach. Some minor hiccups but you get more than what you pay for - the family clan and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

My family and I had a really nice time in Ivy's property. The place was very calm and peaceful, which was a perfect for an escape from the city. Her staff in the property were also very helpful, and the host was kind enough to give us local mangoes and eggs as a welcome present. The two pools were also great especially when traveling with kids. The children in our party really appreciated having the kiddie pool alongside the bigger one. The house was also lovely and beautifully built. The only downside is that the living room was not airconditioned, so if you go during extremely hot weather like we did, at a certain point, people will have no choice but to retreat to their individual rooms (that have ac) to cool down, which is fine, but does get in the way of family bonding time.

The place was beautiful, aesthetic, calming, and peaceful especially during the night. 1 night is too short for this place. Imagine, you rented an island for a nice price. Highly recommended and will book again soon.

Cindy’s place was clean. Complete with cooking utensils. Had plenty of room and bathrooms. It was quiet that we had a good nights rest. It’s conveniently located by the diversion. Cindy provided fresh fruits and beautiful flowers for my family and I to enjoy. Cindy was a great host.
