Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Charmig stuga i allmogestil, i Sandnäset 700 m från Luleälven. Stugan har tre rum, sovrum med två sängar,allrum och ett litet men funktionellt kök. Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). Discover our lodge concept in the heart of Swedish’s Lapland, in harmony with nature. We thought those cottages in respect with the environnement, perfectly equipped to spend unforgettable moments. A cosy chalet of around 60 sqm, all comfort that can accommodate 5 people. it has a room downstair for two people and a second one on the loft for three people. It also has a private bathroom, full-equipped kitchen and a comfortable open living room. Every chalet has its own private terrace.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Friluftshuset vid Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

A lovely quaint top floor apartment with beautiful sunsets, double bed plus a sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, shower and bathroor, flatscreen curve TV and fiber internet access. Located a 15 minute walk from the city center across or around the beautiful Skurholms Lake. Close by you have forest walks, the ice road, cross country and down hill skiing, bath house, as well as easy access to a new grocery store, as well as restaurants and entertainment in the city center.

Nybyggt attefallshus 24m2 + loft med alla bekvämligheter 6.8 km från Luleå centrum. Till Luleå universitet är det bara 5,3 km. Huset ligger på Hällbacken i Luleås nya bostadsområde, nära naturen med fina motionsspår, 1 km till badstranden. Det finns sovplats till 4 personer, dubbelsäng (140) och madrasser på loftet. Parkeringsplats framför huset.

Gårdshus

Välkommen till ett trevligt och ombonat gårdshus med centralt läge – nära till stadens utbud men ändå beläget i ett lugnt och rofyllt kvarter. Vi som värdfamilj bor i huvudbyggnaden på samma tomt och vistas ofta ute på gården. En snäll hund rör sig också fritt på tomten. Vi finns gärna till hands om ni har frågor eller önskemål.

Magiskt läge vid Luleälven

Rymligt boende i stort hus med stor gård och närhet till naturen. Idylliskt läge vid älven! Passar de som önskar lugn och ro med norrskenet som kan komma att lysa upp himlen. Aktiviteter såsom skidåkning, skoteråkning och mat över öppen eld kan ordnas direkt på gården. Det går att gå åka ut i snön direkt från huset.
