Sun Spot Villa is a beachfront luxury vacation rental with private access to a secluded strip of Runaway Bay. Newly renovated, and just steps from a golf course, this six-bedroom villa is ideal for families, groups of friends, and destination wedding guests seeking exquisite tranquility in one of the most beautiful areas of Jamaica.

Lush gardens with native flora and lithe palms surround the backyard swimming pool and lovely brick terrace. Relax all afternoon in the sun loungers or in the covered poolside pavilion, drink tea in the shaded garden, and enjoy meals together in the alfresco table under cover of the villa's eaves. Beside the pool, the lush green lawn with ocean view is ideal for sunbathing or afternoon games. From the lawn, a short stepping-stone path leads you to the secluded beach, where you can walk along the tranquil shores, swim in the Caribbean waters, or gaze out from sun loungers on the distant horizon.

From the alfresco dining area, sets of French doors lead into the villa's exquisite interior. Under vaulted ceiling beams, the open plan living area includes a lovely, light-filled lounge and an elegant dining table for eight beneath a chandelier of gorgeously wrought iron. The fully equipped kitchen includes a wine fridge, ice makers, and coffee machine, perfect for preparing delicious Jamaican meals and drinks any time of day.

The main house includes four bedrooms, three with queen beds and one with two queens. In the guesthouse, each of the two bedrooms has two single size beds. All of the villa's bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with stand-alone rain showers, as well as private access to the outdoor terrace, allowing you to walk just a few steps from your room into the pool.

Sun Spot Villa is just a short walk from Runaway Bay Golf Course, and a quick drive away the restaurants and shops of Runaway Bay. The teeming port town of Ocho Rios is just ten miles away, surrounded by the rain forests of Saint Ann and Dunn's River Falls. To explore the history of the island, visit nearby Columbus Park Museum, Great House, and Bob Marley's childhood home at Nine Mile.
