This was our second stay at this residence and it was as great an experience as the first time. We stayed in 2023, but it was booked in 2024 when we were looking. The house is very clean and a great family environment for spending time together. We would definitely come back here again and recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice getaway. Sandra was very nice to work with and accommodating when I extended my stay. She described the house well and I could bring my dogs!

I felt at home and was able to enjoy all the amenities listed. The place was just as described and the photos are accurate. It is in a great area close to other attractions. The host was also very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend and plan to visit again.

Hope is an excellent host and tends to guests needs. We stayed here for a last minute weekend getaway and were blown away with how great a place it was. The home is immaculate, has everything you need sleeping, games, bathrooms etc. The home is even more spacious than the pictures led us to believe! The best part for us was all the amenities for the outside space. Fantastic fire pit with plenty of wood provided (was very nice to not have to hunt down a vendor for wood) There are multiple kayaks, paddle boards and even an easy kayak launcher. The loaded game room was a big hit with our 12 year old and we all loved fishing from the boats and dock all weekend and caught plenty of fish despite our trip being in April. Would definitely come back!.

Bill was a very great host. The home was nice, warm and cozy when we arrived for checkin. My family had awesome time. There are so many things to do inside the home! Ping pong, Foosball, board games, or just lounging around. We definitely look forward for our future stay. Thanks Bill!

Enchanted with the place, the house has an atmosphere full of peace, the river is charming, with its fresh and crystalline water, we are delighted with this place and we will return on our next vacation, I recommend it 1,000%.

Cozy cabin in the middle of the woods. Comfortable, the inside is just like the listing. Outside, you are pretty close to neighbors and are in a neighborhood, which overall was very quiet. Not too far from a few state parks that have great hiking. Hot tub worked great!

Cozy, nice place to stay near Jim Thorpe! Overall we loved our stay. The place was clean and cozy, perfect for a family or small group. We loved the hot tub to relax, kitchen/living room space to spend time together, and convenient washer/dryer. The twin beds upstairs are better for children - the mattresses were not super comfortable, and the beds were a bit cramped, being so close to the sloped attic ceiling. The upstairs space would have been perfect for older kids to have their own, tucked-away play area. You may want to bring additional glassware (or plasticware) and towels. There were coffee mugs and glasses for one meal for ~5 people, but we were constantly washing them to use again. No shotglasses, in case you will need those. The house is st4ocked with many towels for the hot tub and shower (some tucked away in corners - keep looking!), but I found they would get soaked from one use because they were so thin.

The Bella Bear cabin is a fantastic place to stay. The moment we entered, we felt like we were home. The house is tastefully decorated and is stocked with all the essentials you'll need. We absolutely loved enjoying our morning coffee sitting on the comfortable couch in front of the fireplace. Extremely peaceful! We visited Jim Thorpe primarily to bike the D&L path. To our surprise, this cabin had a detached garage where we could store our bikes in and keep them locked out of sight. This was a HUGE plus for us. The yard outside was a perfect space to enjoy the firepit and relax. The house is extremely clean. The boardgame selection was fun, and the Ms. Pacman electronic game was fantastic! We absolutely adored this space and will gladly return. The hosts responded quickly to our messages regarding arrival and departure. 5 stars!!

The house was even bigger and cozier than the photos made it look! Great location for our ski trip to Blue Mountain and Camelback. Favorite part was the electric fireplace!

This is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The cabin had everything we needed and lots of thoughtful extras. And the property has all kinds of fun places to hang out, including a sunny deck, cozy benches, and even a swing. There's so much to do in this area - we hiked at Hickory Run, and went on a train trip and horseback riding in Jim Thorpe, plus cute places to shop and some outstanding restaurants. We highly recommend a stay here! You won't be disappointed!!

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Very close to Penn’s Peak and very quick drive to downtown Jim Thorpe. We also loved the backyard fire pit.

We had a great stay at this home, which is located on a beautiful property with a large yard surrounded by trees and mountain views. It comfortably accommodated three families, with lots to do for the children both indoors and outdoors. The home was clean and accurately described, and the host was very communicative and responsive. There are a grocery store, CVS, Wawa (with gas station), and Dunkin' Donuts less than five minutes away by car. Renting linens with the recommended linen company was easy to do. If you rent linens, note that the house has bath mats and kitchen towels there already. I recommend this rental for a relaxing Poconos getaway!

I had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The thoughtful touches in the house made our time enjoyable both inside and out. Well stocked with games and outdoor activities. Robert was incredibly communicative, responsive, and full of helpful recommendations about the local area. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first AirBnB experience and it was wonderful. The apartment was cozy, clean, and well stocked with everyday necessities. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Loved that every bedroom had its own little balcony, definitely had my coffee outdoors and enjoyed the view. Every room some what had their own restroom. If you forgot any essentials I’m pretty sure they had it ALL . Would definitely come back 🫶🏼

Some girl friends and I came for my 25th birthday for a cabin getaway and we had so much fun! The location is perfect, only minutes away from a few cute local restaurants. I’m from the Poconos and this was a really great experience to show my friends why I love it! We loved the hot tub, interior design, and overall layout of the property. The extra details of the towels and little supplies made it so charming and homey. Would definitely recommend!!
