We had a very nice stay at the place, Ms. Ana is a very accommodating host she can assist and guide you during your entire stay, everything is clean and you can also cook and use all the utensils.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

sir Vinz was very accommodation to our requests. he assisted my relative throughout our stay. The place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. he also made sure that a senior citizen was well taken cared of. truly ,very hospitable. salamat po!

The house was spacious and exactly like the pictures, with large rooms, sturdy beds, and three bathrooms—super convenient for our group. Greg and Irene, the caretakers, were very helpful and proactive, even offering to buy items from the sari-sari store. The WiFi was strong, and the fridge/freezer worked great for our needs. The kitchen island was a perfect spot for family meals and conversations. The dirty kitchen was well-equipped with a gas range and large rice cooker. The bathrooms had heaters, and there was a WiFi extender in the master bedroom. A few suggestions for improvement: adding hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, having Netflix on the TV, providing a printed WiFi password for the upstairs, and ensuring the remote has working batteries. We also didn’t get the exact address until 11 minutes past check-in, and the slippers policy was unusual—especially with marble floors and central AC. Overall, a great stay.

We rented Edwin’s house for over 4 months. His place is a 3 bedroom house situated in a fine, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with 24/7 security. The location is about 10 minutes drive to establishments, schools and hospital. Edwin is a great host, he responds to my messages pretty quick, consistently. Whenever there is a situation, he always had solutions and dealt with it immediately. His caretaker, Melbi, is also pro-active. She maintains the house so well even without supervision. We could only say good words describing Edwin as a host plus our experience during our stay in his place. Our family recommends his house if you are looking for a temporary place to stay in Nuvali. It was fun. Pool is clean. House is very spacious. Weekend well spent with my boyfriend's family. 🩷 Very quiet/peaceful place too.

Great place and view. Minimalist design so more space to move around. Smooth check-in and checkout. Host is responsive and provided what was lacking right away. Place smells good too, but bathroom needs a bit of improvement because the exhaust is not that strong so adding like a room spray there will be better. It will also be great if there's full mirror.

We had a great staycation! I love the condo unit. The place is super neat and relaxing. Bed is so comfy. The unit is facing in front of the pool, what a great view! I wish we could’ve stayed for longer days. Worth every penny. Smooth check in and check out process because Ms. Paula already gave us a clear and concise instruction. 5 stars I had a fantastic stay at Homeys place! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable. Host was incredibly responsive and made check-in easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This condo is perfect for my stay in Manila which allowed walkable access to shops, bars, restaurants and services. The condo is in a great area of BGC, close to everything and yet in a quiet area where you still have views to see from the windows. The condo unit is spacious providing ample living/ dining / kitchen area to move about and hosted family dinners. Lastly, it was great dealing with Lily as she is very responsive to my questions and concerns. I love this condo that i am already booked to stay again in April.

I had an amazing stay! Nardie was super easy to talk to and assisted me every step of the way—before, during, and even after my stay. The place itself was beyond my expectations—beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s also perfect for families since it’s peaceful and quiet. It was a pleasant stay at Heidy's. Heidy was very accomodating and ensures that we are comfortable in her unit. Though there was a little hiccup about the air conditioning unit, Heidy was very responsive the resolved it within 24 hours. Would definitley recommend her place 😊.

It was in perfect location if you need a place to stay near st lukes hospital. My mom needed a place to stay for 2 weeks while she’s undergoing radio therapy so we found this place available and book it without hesitation. The host is very accommodating and very responsive to all my queries. Highly recommended.
