Great place and great hosts!

We had a great time. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins every morning. The place was very clean and its a great location, also very convenient to restaurants and stores within walking distance. Would recommend this place, also owner always available at any time.

Nice location, easy access. Quieter than staying on Gulf Blvd which is nice.

Building is very well located, to get to the beach you just across the parking lot and the street. Building is oriented north/south, can see sunrise from the back balcony and sunset from the front door (but the best sunset views are from the beach). Pool is on the east side so during hot late afternoons it’s in the shade but the water is warm. Condo is stocked with everything one needs including beach chairs, umbrella, toys, tennis and pickleball rackets, etc. Agnes is a very gracious, responsive host, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Well above the norm compared to other airbnb properties in its price range (in my experience), Dee overachieved in every way: design, furnishings, function, surroundings, etc. The unit was stylish, immaculate, and a pleasure. Thank you. P.S. I did have to contact Dee at one point. She called me within 15 seconds. I was hoping for 14 seconds...

Hidden Gem that is worth every penny! Beautiful place, so much more then we expected and better then pictures! Super close to beach, food, shops, walking paths, and perfect spot to everything you’d want to see in this whole area. Gated and office workers super nice, but our host had us prepared for all and was the most amazing person, helpful instantly even when we had to call. Top Notch, will be back again

I have stayed in BSY&T many times. This unit is perfect . The patio furniture is ample . They supplied everything and we used almost all of it . Beach chairs,beach towels,shuffle board,board games. They let us check in early which was extremely helpful. We were here for Christmas and our 2 adult kids and their significant others came for Christmas. Plenty of activities ,and room for all to have dinner. We needed a better carving knife for our rib roast but it didn’t stop us from eating . It seems this place is more active than in the past . It was nice seeing people using the pickle ball courts and fishing dock . People enjoy this condo. Just a few doors from the laundry which takes cc and is reasonable . The only thing I was missing were some throw blankets at night . Wish this unit was available when I come back in March .

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great! We appreciated that it was quiet for our toddler, especially during nap time and in the evening. However, we wished the bath tub had a stopper for my daughter’s bath. On one occasion, we had a problem with the door code and couldn’t get in. Jenna was very responsive and got the code fixed immediately. Overall, we were happy with the place.

Great vacation in a great condo. Matthew was a very responsive host with clear check-in instructions and good communication throughout our stay. Location was perfect for our family - easily walked to the beach in the morning and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. Car rental made it easy to visit local attractions. It is worth noting that the hurricane wrecked all of the bottom units in the complex and all of the central AC units. Matthew had portable AC in the condo, which was listed in the amenities section, but I must have missed when booking so we were surprised to find them. Other than the constant low hum of the units, the air was cool enough and did not have an effect on our enjoyment. Others should note that Madeira Beach is not 100% back from the hurricane but still was a great location for our vacation.

We had a fantastic 2.5-week stay at this apartment! The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, being so close to the beach – we loved being able to walk there easily. While the building has some age to it, it's clear that it's been very well maintained and is in good shape. One of our favorite aspects was the lovely balcony with a great view. We even had the amazing experience of seeing dolphins from it! The building's pools were also a highlight, and we appreciated how well-maintained they were throughout our stay. Overall, we recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a well-located place near the beach with great amenities. We would definitely stay here again! There was no gym on site due to the damage of the hurricane, hopefully they bring it back.

Place is amazing, price is cheaper than if you go directly through the hotel. I’ll be back

We had a nice 5 night stay with our baby at Jonathan’s place. The condo is right on the beach and a short drive to restaurants and a Walmart. The pool next to the building was clean and a great place to relax when we didn’t want to get sandy. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

My family had a great time staying here! The pool was perfect and we were just minutes away from resturaunts and the beach!

This was a great home in a super location. It is on a dead end street, so not a lot of traffic. There were peacocks that strolled up and down the street almost each day so that was a bonus! The backyard was lovely and the pool was beautiful. The only issue with the pool was having to scoop the leaves out before each swim. All of our communication was with Ekaterina. She always responded quickly and was very helpful when we had problems with one of the TVs. If we ever make it back to Clearwater, we will try to stay here.

We enjoyed our short stay at Brittany's place- Location was great- able to take a quick ride to DT St Pete and an even quicker ride to the beach. Would def stay again and appreciate how attentive and caring Brittany and her place was. Thanks!

Very cosy and practical for a family of four (kids 13 and younger). Nice large community pool one minute away. Both pool and tennis courts were not busy. Easy access to beaches (Howard Park, Honeymoon Island 15-20 mins away) and around 30 mins from downtown Tampa

We just got home from our two weeks' stay at Janet's Funky Art Cottage. This was our second year, and we enjoyed it so much that we have already booked our third stay with her next year! Janet is the sweetest, most sincere person you will ever meet. She is quick to respond with any questions or to accommodate any needs we may have. This house is so much fun with all the art pieces! Her place is very clean and delightfully decorated. We absolutely love staying at Janet's place and can't wait to go back! One thing about Janet is that you will meet her as your host upon arrival, but depart as friends. You're going to love it!

The house is a gem!!!! A++++++ Very responsive host. The house is very clean and the top floor with all the fitness/wellness items is a plus. The house is located a block away from a food hall / restaurant / hangout very cool area.

Nice big house with Manu rooms and big open space. perfect for group or big family. Well equip for cooking. Close to the beach ans restaurants.
