We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. Firewood (for the firepit) is included.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Special note: You need to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. There is only one parking spot in the garage. Additional parking is located across the street. The garage and stairway is shared with other guests.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located within 10 minutes of the town of Irvona, guests can enjoy nature and still be close to town. The home is within 1 hr of Penn State. The screened in porch is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and watch for deer that come up in the yard. The backyard has a pavilion with outdoor seating, a grill area with firewood, and firepit area. No Indoor fires allowed in the fireplace.

We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home.
