Jennifer has a very nice home which is a short taxi ride from the town centre. It was ideal for us while visiting for a convention and the overall cost when including a taxi both ways was well under what a hotel in town costs.

Jeff and Moneak were wonderful. The place was comfortable and a great deal. We will be booking with them again!

Perfect location for a Taylor University visit. If our son chooses Taylor, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful and clean space! Area was quiet at night. We had snow during our stay and were pleased to see the walkways cleared in the morning.

Amazing stay! Photos and description didn’t do this place justice! Cedric is very involved, reaches out through your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and if there’s anything you need or want, he’s willing to go out and get it himself and provide. Great host. Place was well lit at night so walking my dog was nice, I can see him well, and see our surroundings, without the lights intruding in while I slept. Provided spare dog bags and even a big scooper to make everything easier. Would definitely love to stay again!

This was our second stay at Tiffany's. The first time my wife made the reservation. It is a clean, quaint, quiet apartment in historic downtown Tipton. The apartment is well maintained and provided the perfect environment for our one night stay while we visited friends and family. It is within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. Tipton is one of the cleanest towns I can remember staying in. We will definitely stay here again if it is available.

My daughter and I wanted to see the Bob Ross museum. We had a great time. It was available for one night which you can't find all the time. There's is a nice park across the street. We were a 5 minute drive from restaurants and town. Bonus, there was sling TV and I was able to waych NCAA games.

My stay here this past week at Cheryl's place was just what I was looking for, In fact I booked another weeklong stay this coming up week. I needed a place that after work I could come and relax and be in peace and quiet and that is what I got. The little house was extremely clean and very well taken care of. Thank you again Cheryl and looking forward to my upcoming stay.

Dan is a great host that exudes top tier professionalism and is a genuinely great guy all around. I had a few personal issues of my own going on after mom's funeral and he really went above and beyond to make sure I/we were good. The place was exactly as described and comfortable. Great stay and I would totally recommend him/his place in a heartbeat.

I’ve stayed in this home multiple times and absolutely love it. It’s spotless and has all of the amenities you would need to be away from home. I would most definitely stay here again.

The townhouse itself was lovely and well maintained! The host was kind and provided all of the necessary information. It was within 30 minutes of downtown and Fishers where we spent most of our time as the immediately surrounding shopping areas were not the greatest. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the value.

We live in Illinois 5 hours away and we came for our daughter’s graduation from Ball State with my in laws and this was a prefect place to stay. The house is modern and clean. The kitchen is specious and stock with items we could use to cook vs eating out the whole weekend. The master bedroom and bathroom was wonderful. It’s located 10 minutes from Ball State but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Campus. It was about the same amount to stay here than to rent 2 hotel rooms for 2 nights and so much cleaner and quieter. They have ample TVs to watch and games to play and a nice kitchen table to eat at. Everything was labeled and instructions on how to use the TVs. Renee and Karen responded very quickly any time I had a question. My only disappointment is that I discovered her beautiful home the weekend my daughter graduated or I would have used this house every time we were in town. Highly recommend!
