Sherri's house was an ideal location for our grandchild's graduation from Berea College. It was comfortable and furnished with everything the eight of us needed, from grandparents to parents to the young adults. There was plenty of room for everyone. There were several areas for us to gather in smaller groups: around the table, in the living room, playing pool and video games downstairs. We appreciated Sherri's answering us so promptly whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay at her house again if we're ever in the area.

Always an easy and good stay here. We've stayed here 3-4 times when we're in the area and it always works out well for our family of 5. Thanks!

Samantha is marvelous. She thought of everything. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a bathroom equipped with all one needs. The house was spotless. There are games for children. The kitchen allows for conviviality and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet. My friends and I were absolutely comfortable. We've stayed in Richmond many times and I think this was our favorite because we got to be together

Nathan and Shannan’s place was just lovely. Just a few minutes out of town and such a unique home with lots of love built in. We had a lovely stay and as a proud Berea College alum, I loved seeing some old Berea memorabilia in the home. Very cozy for a beautiful fall weekend with my family! And my chihuahuas were happy too!

We had a comfortable stay for a girl’s weekend at Laura’s. The house was easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, clean and cute. The beds were comfortable, hot water with good water pressure in the shower and plenty of clean towels. The living room had comfortable seating for lounging. We enjoyed our stay overall and would book again. It’s such a great location, walkable to the heart of Berea and a pleasant, cozy home.

Amy's place was clean and beautifully decorated in local art. It was comfortable and everything we needed. The area was lovely as well. We loved having the back door to the balcony open to see the trees and feel a nice breeze. We had a user error related to getting into the place but Amy quickly helped us solve the issue (despite it being late, sorry Amy!). No complaints!

The location was easy to find and looked exactly like the pictures. We absolutely loved it. It was so nice to have a home away from home and that’s exactly how it felt. After a 17hr drive this is what we needed to unwind. We had everything we needed to feel right at home and even had coffee for in the morning! The location is close to the college and downtown, we were also encouraged to reach out to our host for suggestions as to where to visit while we were there. This will definitely be our go to for a comfortable, relaxing stay while in Berea.

This is our second visit to Jon's listing. We enjoy the location and easy access to the Kentucky Horse Park. The apartment is lovely and very spacious and was accommodating for 5 people. I highly recommend this property.

What an adorable and cozy apartment. Ellen was kind enough to accommodate a very late check-in and even left lights on so we didn’t have to enter a dark apartment. That was very much appreciated. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds, hot water and good water pressure, safe neighborhood. My daughter and I took a walk around the area and downtown and felt very safe. Her gardens make it feel like you are in this little oasis away from everything. Very peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Ellen’s place.

We loved our stay at the Uptown Retreat. The place was very comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants, shops, and Keenland. David was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lexington is a great city, and this was easy walking distance to downtown with my wife and teenage kids. If you love old houses and charming streets full of them, check this place out. The space is up a fairly steep flight of stairs that was fine for us, but I could see someone with mobility issues struggling with them. The place was very cute, albeit odd, given the age of the building and squeezing a unit in on the upper level. It was charming to us as we are a fans of older homes. You will dodge some low sloping ceilings as you move around the unit. The one glitch was that our downstairs neighbors got noisy one night. I messaged John around midnight, assuming he wouldn't see it until the next day. However, he surprised me with a quick return note. He contacted the noisy neighbors, and they quickly quieted down. Top notch service. I would come back for sure to enjoy the street, walk downtown, hit Keeneland, and enjoy all Lexington has to offer.

Although we had to, unfortunately, cancel our stay at Nora’s at the last minute, we look forward to staying at her place in the future. Nora was quick and courteous with communication before our trip, and with the cancellation process as well. I felt terrible having to cancel so last minute, but she was very understanding. I’m sure the home is as lovely as Nora!

Absolutely perfect location and space for us to explore The Bourbon Trail with stops at Buffalo Trace every morning!

We enjoyed our stay at Freida's place. It is clean and comfortable.

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our brief time in this beautifully restored apartment and would gladly stay again. The owners have done a fantastic job maintaining the historic feel of the building while also ensuring all modern conveniences. The location in the middle of the beautiful Kentucky horse country is also terrific. Thank you for a very nice stay.

A great location close to Rupp arena and a quick uber ride to downtown Lexington bars and restaurants. Easy drive to several of the most popular distilleries. The property is newer and was extremely clean. There was a great smart TV and a Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. The primary bathroom was very large and well appointed. The second full bath is also nice. Plenty of towels and extra blankets and toilet paper/paper towels were provided. Easy access to the building and the unit itself. It is worth noting that the second bedroom does have a “window” towards the ceiling that has no glass and is open to the living room. There were two couples traveling together for our stay. We were hardly there (busy visiting distilleries and hanging out downtown) and when we were, we were all sleeping and up at the same time in the mornings so it wasn’t an issue for us but worth noting.

This is a very nice condo in a great location. I was extremely happy with my stay!

Great location with excellent amenities. Fun location with lots to do within walking distance. Decorations were great and beds were comfortable.

This is a perfect location if you are attending an event at Rupp Arena. Callahan was very responsive and helpful.
