Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Maenam Beach

This was such a great find in a really beautiful part of the island! I would 100% recommend and stay again. Chris was the perfect host. Check in and check out were easy and flexible. The villa is exactly as the pics and listing describes, and the place is clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed and more. The local recommendations list for nearby cafes and restaurants was a great extra touch, packed full of awesome places. Thanks for having us ☺️🙌

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

Die Unterkunft hat uns super gefallen . Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen , ein eigenes kleines Häuschen direkt am Strand. Der Bungalow und der Außenbereich waren sehr sauber. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns direkt ohne Probleme an den Gastgeber wenden.

I was so happy to stay at Marketa & Tomas’s place. It’s located in a quiet side street right by Hin Kong Beach, just a few minutes walk away from lots of restaurants and the beach. Unbeatable location in Srithanu if you want to stay close to the center but avoid the busiest part. The apartment is spacious, clean and fresh. The only thing is the bed is hard, so if you’re sensitive to that you might find it uncomfortable. Marketa & Tomas are lovely, friendly people and super easy to communicate with. Happy to stay here again next time!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Thailand! The beachfront house is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views. It’s super spacious, really well-equipped, and spotless. Even though the area is quite busy, you don’t feel any of the chaos while you’re there. The hosts are so friendly and always quick to respond. I had the most amazing time and would definitely love to come back 💗

It’s a great place to stay right on the beach, if you’re luckier than us with the weather, you’re gonna have a great time! Obviously of note, just as other reviewers mention, the cafe next door does indeed play music all day long until ~1am or so every day, however all the bedrooms are on another side very much away from the noise. Didn’t hear a thing when sleeping! The first floor is unusual - it’s completely open and stays open like that, as there’s no door on the beach side. However, that’s not a problem as the beach is super safe and we had fun just lounging in that area after a long day of exploring. Hosts were extremely responsive and helped with local recommendations and scooter rentals. All in all, this is probably a place suited for the younger crowd, so definitely go ahead, book it and have fun!

my wife and i had a wonderful ten days at beach villa. Villa was as described and really clean, the out door space, wow absolutely amazing, with very friendly neighbours, Communications were extremely good and Joanna went above and beyond especially when we managed to lock everything in the scooter lol thank you x, amazing restaurants and bars on the doorstep and the rest of the island not to far away for those who like to explore, would highly recommend and wouldn't think twice about returning, we were sad to leave

Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit als Familie mit kleinem Baby (1 Jahr) in der Unterkunft. Ich kann die Unterkunft auch sehr für Familien empfehlen, da zu Fuß viel erreichbar ist (Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurants, Night-Market). Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll ausgestattet und man kann sich richtig wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung für Babys ist auch wirklich klasse. Wir haben die Zeit auf der Insel sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Pannipa und Markus war einfach unvergesslich – dank ihrer außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft und ihres wunderschönen Zuhauses wurde unsere Hochzeitsreise zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir haben selten so liebevolle, humorvolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber erlebt. Jede Empfehlung, jede Reservierung und jede kleine Geste war Gold wert. Es war unser erstes Mal in Thailand / auf Samui, aber sicher nicht das letzte. Wenn wir zurückkommen, dann ganz bestimmt wieder zu euch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen euch von Herzen weiter. Die Gespräche, die Geschichten und die positive Energie von Pannipa und Markus haben uns tief beeindruckt. Nice and spacious house. Easy communication with owner and very accommodating for checking-in and checking out.

We were a family of 6 adults and two kids travelling from India. Baan Lom Talay felt as comfortable as home and the view was just incredible. Hans's home was so clean and well maintained...and it was beautifully done up...great aesthetics too...the caretaker Mrs Boum was wonderful too, as was Ben who helped us with pick airport pickups and drops. This was a perfect holiday and despite being high tourist season Hans was kind enough to hold the booking for us till we booked flights and locked our itinerary.

I stayed for 3 days at Replay Residence in Koh Samui and had a great experience. I chose this place because I really like the area. It’s a great location for exploring the island and relaxing near some beautiful beaches or Fisherman village. The condo complex has great sport facilities, including a tennis court, basketball court, and a well-equipped gym that I used during my stay. The pool is also really nice and perfect for cooling off. The apartme itself was clean and had everything I needed, including kitchen appliances for cooking. It felt like a hotel room with a kitchen. It was comfortable and practical. The bed was decent, the shower had hot water, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I also appreciated how private and quiet it was, set back from the road and peaceful at night. The host was super friendly and very responsive via messages. He gave me lots of helpful recommendations and offered to assist with anything I needed. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

Wij hadden een heerlijke tijd in Koh Samui op deze heerlijke plek. Wa en het personeel waren echt ontzettend vriendelijk en zorgden ervoor dat we alles naar onze zin hadden. Bij aankomst had Wa ontbijt voor ons voorzien, wat zeer aangenaam toekomen was. Twee dingen die we net iets minder vonden - De indeling van het huis. Als je reist met een klein baby'tje of kleine kinderen is er een aparte ruimte om hen te leggen, maar we vonden dit een beetje een benarde ruimte. Daarom wilden wij graag gebruik maken van een extra kamer. Deze bevond zich aan de andere kant van het huis, waar je enkel langs buiten kon geraken. Bovendien moesten we bijbetalen om deze kamer te verkrijgen. Dat vonden we wel heel jammer, gezien je bij Airbnb toch per verblijf betaalt en niet per kamer? - Wa contacteerde ons pas vrij laat om alles voorafgaande info door te geven. Voor ons had dit wel vroeger mogen. Ondanks deze twee "minpunten" voelden we ons heel erg comfortabel in de woning.

Die Villa ist eine wirklich besondere Unterkunft, super komfortabel und mit Antiquitäten äußerst geschmackvoll und klassisch thailändisch ausgestattet. Super Pool mit Blick auf den Strand. Penibel sauber und sehr gepflegt. Man ist absolut ungestört. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Das tolle Haus wird nur noch vom Gastgeber Kevin übertroffen, der schon bei der Anreise behilflich ist, jederzeit erreichbar ist und unglaublich tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen für Samui gegeben hat. Sogar bei einem kleinen medizinischen Notfall hat er geholfen und ein phantastisches Krankenhaus empfohlen. Kevin ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber. Ich kann ihn und die Villa nur empfehlen.

It was our first time in Thailand and we have enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place. He was so kind and responsive all the time. The villa was so perfect, clean, beautiful and comfortable, we have felt like home. He was so sweet to organize extra cleaning services for us during our stay, provided drinking water and we loved every minute of it. The location was perfect as well, as we drove around and saw other locations and realized how lucky we were to be right at his place. We also tried many different restaurants around the island and were also delighted with the live music and shows, delicious food in the restaurants near by. Thank you

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa au bord de l'eau avec des couchés de soleil plus magiques les uns des autres. La villa propose une salle de bain dans chaque chambre, un grand séjour, une cuisine toute équipée, une piscine au bord de l'eau. Notre séjour a été magnifié par la disponibilité de Fon qui nous a préparé des petits déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners sur demande. Les chauffeurs ont été à notre disposition tout au long du séjour. Merci à notre hôte Steve, à Fon , à nos chauffeurs pour tout. N'hésitez pas si vous êtes de passage à Kho Samui, Fon et Steve répondront à toutes vos demandes et vous faciliteront vos vacances. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, was sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgte. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt – ideal für entspannte Tage am Meer. Besonders cool fanden wir die Möglichkeit, Stand-Up Paddleboards auszuleihen, was ein echtes Highlight war. Auch der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen und bot eine tolle Ergänzung zur Zeit am Strand. Ein zusätzlicher Tipp: Auf Empfehlung von Ratchi haben wir Mopeds beim Summer Luxury Beach Resort & Spa ausgeliehen – eine unkomplizierte und bequeme Option, da es in der Nähe liegt. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing customer service. The villa was amazing. Loved every moment of the stay. They made our Valentine’s Day so special and decorated the room and set breakfast up for us. We would return :)

Nous avons passé un séjour super dans cette magnifique villa ! La vue est incroyable, surtout au coucher du soleil. La maison est très belle, bien rangée et parfaitement propre. En bonus, nous avons pu profiter de kayaks mis à disposition gratuitement, ce qui nous a permis d’admirer un magnifique sunset sur la mer, juste à côté du Big Buddha. Un moment magique ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Ein ganz besonderer Ort zum Abschalten! Die Unterkunft liegt an einem wunderschönen, sehr ruhigen Strand (lediglich eine Hand voll Leute) – perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Zum Schwimmen ist der Strand zwar weniger geeignet, da das Wasser sehr flach ist und man etwa einen Kilometer hineingehen müsste, bis es tief genug wird. Dafür stellt die Gastgeberin Izabella kostenlos ein Kanu zur Verfügung, mit dem man die Umgebung wunderbar erkunden kann. Izabella war unglaublich herzlich – sie hat uns sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise persönlich begrüßt und war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Der Transfer vom Hafen zur Unterkunft (und zurück) war kostenlos und sehr komfortabel. Auch ein Motorroller kann ganz unkompliziert direkt zur Unterkunft geliefert werden. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man ganz in der Nähe des Zentrums mit Märkten, Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften – perfekt, wenn man zwischendurch doch ein bisschen Tru

Danny wasn’t there when we stayed, but his mum was delightful and very helpful. The location is to die for; right on a spectacular beach and near a great bar. Beautiful and highly recommended.

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.
