Peaceful and comfortable stay. Unit has excellent A/C units in every room, whisper quite. Great location in Newport City with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Had no problem ordering Grab pickups to get around. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Host is quick to respond. Would stay here again.

We extended our stay and Sir Jovanni was able to give us good deal discount. He’s very easy to communicate with. Nice and cozy place and Ms Regina is very helpful since she always helps to find a ride from the place and also gives a lot of possible recommendations.

Veronica was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. She answers our inquiries in a timely manner. The place was really clean and well-organized. There were medicines and first aid kit available for use. Complete with kitchenware and toiletries needed for longer stays. They also have boardgames and karaoke for entertainment purposes which is suitable for big groups. Will definitely book again if we happen to be in the area. Absolutely recommended!!! ❤️

Mary was so kind to allow us to stay beyond the checkout time. The place was so clean and comfy. Has a strong internet connection. All in all our stay with Mary's space is a perfect 5! Will surely book when we will be back in MNL. 👌

Highly recommend Malou’s Place. Both units were clean, 309 is bit bigger, we had everything we need. wifi is super fast. good size ref if you’re staying long, water heater for shower as well as some other kitchen basics. Bring your personal needs, except towels and linens. no complains becoz any of the 2 units you choose would be super super worth the owner’s rate. super excellent rate. If you are travelling with a group or you want an extra room for anything, nothing beats Malou’s Place. Same as always, the Grace Residences is a homey place for us, been here many many times already. everything is just down there in the commercial area - restos, salon, water station, Lbc, supermarket, bank, starbucks, gym and pay parking. grab is also very easy to get to visit the surrounding metropolis. Bonifacio Global City is 15-20mins away. Thats all for now… Would love to stay again soon!

We’ve stayed in this unit three times now, and each visit has been wonderful. While we haven’t met Ms. Rosalie in person, she has always been a very accommodating host. Her instructions are always clear, and the unit is consistently clean, offering a relaxing space to return to after our trip to EK. ☺️

We stayed at Serene cove last April 27-29 to attend and celebrate my daughter's college graduation. We had a very good stay at this unit, my apo doesn't want to go home and wanted to stay/live in the unit. Sir Bryan was a great host and the unit was neat and smells nice. If there will be another event and will have to stay nearer, we will definitely book again.
