The house was very spacious, clean, and was perfect for my family. There was a little blip with getting access to the house through the neighborhood gates but Lymari said that would be fixed for the next guests. I would definitely recommend this house to others. We very much enjoyed our stay!

I had lost my key from the other rental place iam staying at for a week the host said i had to wait for the next day to get in n pay for a copy of the key i asked him at 9pm for help i was willing to pay anybody to come open the door for me but that didnt happen i thank God Ray answered me fast n last minute n kind of late i was looking for the casino hotel in the area but it was full thank you Ray God Bless you and your home i know when i come back to PR this cozy modern apt is perfect for 1 or 2 max

I had a wonderful stay in this lovingly decorated apartment! The place is not only stylish but also incredibly cozy – you can tell that a lot of care and attention went into it. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy when I arrived, which made me feel right at home. Everything I needed was there: from kitchen utensils to toiletries and even some thoughtful extras – the amenities left nothing to be desired. I especially want to highlight the host, who was very communicative and always responded quickly and kindly. The only minor issues were that the place was a little hard to find – though that might have been because I arrived at night – and the gate was a bit tricky to open. Overall I can recommend staying here!

Loved this stay! First time in Ponce and if I return I will always choose here. The apartment is great, everything you need is available. Great communication with the host. Cold ac and ceiling fan. Decor is beautiful just like I would use in my own home. House feels welcoming, clean bathroom and nice quiet neighborhood. Radames is a wonderful host.

Beautiful little studio perfect location very close to everything. Centralized location had everything we needed. Definitely would stay there again.

Second time staying and I have no complaints. Love the area. Jennifer is very attentive and friendly. Place is very well kept and clean. Definitely missed having access to the backyard. Was looking forward to looking up at the sky while laying down in the trampoline. 😀 Thank you Jennifer for checking up on us during the power outage. Everything is as described. Her place is miraculously clean. Everything you need is right in the apartment. The fact that it’s three bedrooms is a huge plus there is no direct beach on this part of the island but we did drive about 40 minutes and found a really good beachthat the host suggested to us. Ponce is gorgeous and definitely worth visiting but if you just wanna stay near the water this apartment is for you.
