The unit is just right for us. It has all the things you need on your stay. You can cook if you want and if you want to just order out, there are a ton of restaurants and fast-food shops located just outside the subdivision. The amenities are great. Our daughter really enjoyed the pool, we are planning our next stay!!!

Really great location right by a smaller SM mall. MRT across the street and many restaurants and shopping nearby. Leizl is also a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Stayed at Glorious residence for more than a month and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (e.g. cook, laundry, karaoke, transportation to/fro airport/places and etc) for a long-term stay. The location was convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. The host, Ms. Elvie and Sir Glorious were responsive, accommodating, supportive, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located home away from home! Thank you, Ms Elvie and Sir Glorious for everything.

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. We booked this place to relax and get that summer vibe, and it was just what we needed! The man-made beach and wave pool were a fun touch, and the whole place had a nice resort feel. Good location. Nearby stores and just a walk away from my family’s residence. Accommodating and responsive host. Guards and crew are nice and friendly. I am very thankful when Ms Peach accept our reservation in a short notice at the Tempus cafe at 6th floor for our family christmas dinner. Overall it’s a great place and stay. Nice view and quiet place. You can walk around the area safely even at night. I can recommend it to my friends and families. I will book again. Thank you to our hosts!!

Was super impressed!! The place was spotless, check in was smooth and the vibe felt like a cozy boutique hotel. Loved the thoughtful touches. Strong wifi, comfy bed and netflix. Thanks for having detergent at the washer. Super helped!! Location is solid. Close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. Definitely coming back next time I’m in the area! The place was really clean when we arrived. It’s also cozy and feels like home. It’s very accessible to BGC too. The pool access is free. The host is very accommodating and responsive to my queries. Overall, our experience was superb!

Jeffrey's home is cozy and homey. My family of 7 settled comfortably with still space to spare for our luggage. I love staying around Araneta City especially in Manhattan coz it is near everything (malls, restaurants, supermarkets, spa, convenience store) and easy to grab a ride. Check in and check out was smooth and hassle free, very responsive host (and also ate Em) and checks in if things are all good. Definitely a gem in the metro!

I had a great 7-day stay at Marian’s place. The unit was spotless, well-equipped, and in a prime location—just minutes from SM Aura and High Street. Marian was also an exceptional host. After I checked out, she went out of her way to help return some important documents I had accidentally left behind. Highly recommended!

Condo Unit is very spacious can fit up to 6-8 pax. Unit is same as described. The only thing I wish the unit has is an eletric pot. Hot water in the dispenser ran out quickly. Guards are very friendly. hall ways and elevator is well maintained. I will book again :) thank yo
