We enjoyed our stay here and will surely book it again. The room is so good that gives hotel feels-smells fresh and clean, provided with everything except foods and water to drink 😀 Media entertainment was time consuming like time pass easily and wake up-oh! its to check out. Meaning...we get so comfortable with the place. The unit is clean and very spacious ! Host is responsive and very helpful. In the heart of Manila with easy access to everything. Wifi quality was exceptionally great !!! You will get everything you need here ;) Definitely recommend this place ❤️

Both Leeyan and Angela are responsibe hosts and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear. The place is what we really need, very minimalist but have everything we need. There's honest store that has basic necessities that mostly forgotten when doing groceries ☺️. Kudos to you all!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly approachable, quick to respond to any questions or inquiries, and went out of their way to accommodate any requests or changes. They were genuinely kind and helpful. The place was spotless, which was especially important to me as I'm particular about bathrooms, and it exceeded expectations in that regard. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed, including towels, toothbrushes, toilet paper, trash bags, and a fully equipped kitchen. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. It was definitely worth the stay, and we’re grateful for the hospitality, especially during such a difficult time when we needed to be close to a funeral. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

Overall, I have very good experience from the time I booked the place. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Stress free transaction, I didn't have any problems at all from check-in process and until the check out. The location of the unit is accessible for everything and so peacefull. The unit is clean and very homey vibe, and got to enjoy the amenities of the place. Recommended if you are looking for nice place yet very affordable.

Always my “go to” airbnb unit at Air. I always appreciate how the host/s answer/s my questions and how they value their visitors. I love that they remembered some of my requests since I’ve been usually staying with them.

You can walk to MOA from the condo. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Very small, but clean and quite. The bottom level has lots of shops and restaurants. The pictures show a bed and couch, which is true. It would be very cramped for 4 people. Very nicely finished with wood paneling I felt like I was in a fancy high end room. It's clean and in a good location, if you want a place to sleep after explore manila. highly recommend 👌.

Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.

Very great and accommodating host! She was able to help us through any help we needed and she was very flexible.

Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Very accessible location and Ms Ghie is very helpful. Complete kitchen utensils, clean bed, overall nice place. It would have been nicer if there are free tissue papers in CR and in the kitchen.
