MODERN AND BEACHY 3-STORY DREAM HOME PRIME LOCATION In between Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier, 1/2 block away from Main St. First block on the beach. Take a stroll down to the sand or walk the path 10 minutes south and hit the Venice Beach Boardwalk. Walk 10 minutes north and hit the Santa Monica swings, rings, pier and 3rd St. Promenade with tons of shops/restaurants. OR simply cross the street and you are on Main St. where there are many cafe's, shops, salons and bars.

Our remodeled 1930s beach home has 2 downstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared. (No en suites ). Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.
