Enjoy boating, angling, an array of watersports (skiing, tubing, etc.), grade-A bass fishing and duck hunting with convenient private dock access just steps from the back door. Airbnb fails to protect its hosts, so we no longer host. A guest recently smoked marijuana in our house. We submitted the paperwork we have submitted the previous 3 times this happened. Airbnb reimbursed us the cleaning fees. This time they refused. Then a group of workers checked in & complained about not having enough space to park 8 vehicles. We offered a solution they didn't like. They took pictures inside a shed in the backyard claiming it was the house. Airbnb deducted 30% from our fee.

Cottage is in the middle of a 2 1/2 acre wooded lot. It is in the middle of town, but your stay will be quiet and private. The neighborhood park, Solomon Park, is just one block away. Neighborhood is great for a stroll or run. You will be a short car ride from more than a dozen places to eat, grocery stores and shopping. We live on the property, but the cottage is a detached structure. If you need anything at all, we will be close by to provide as much or as little assistance as need
