Lovely, quiet place in the Drakensberg. Near the end of a road, you’ll feel like you’re right in the heart of the mountains. The breakfast view is stunning and breakfast itself was excellent. It’s a great option. There’s a large pool and an in-ground trampoline for the kids. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient and free.

Our stay at Mercia was perfect. We had bad weather, which made us enjoy the beautiful, cozy apartment all the more. The breakfast was fantastic, creative, and prepared and served with lots of love. We would come back anytime

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our host went out of his way to be friendly and polite, and we enjoyed an evening socialising with him and his friends. Will never forget the stay and can safely say you won’t find hospitality like this anywhere else

The place is beyond beautiful. As people who are familiar to Ladysmith we were beyond impressed that such beautiful sceneries exist there. Rooms and bathroom were clean and neat. Loved the minimal deco and neutral colours throughout the room.

We had a very good time there. My girlfriend really liked the place and even said she would always go there if we were back in Ladysmith. They even allowed us a late checkout, as we needed extra time to take care of some things. It was very thoughtful and considerate of them.

L'emplacement est ok avec un parking sécurisé. En revanche, il y'avait des crottes de souris dans la baignoire...

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The room is sooo beautiful! Just like the pictures. Very spacious and has everything you need for a shorter stay. My mom and I loved the decor and the touches of yellow and especially all the artwork by D. Marx. Everything was so comfortable and thoughtful. The beds with electrical blankets were amazing and the fireplace set the perfect atmosphere. Staff were friendly and Lauren was very helpful and made sure we were happy. Close to shops and the main square. We will definitely stay here again.
