Very clean, well equipped property. We would stay again. Unfortunately the weather thwarted our Tongariro Crossing plans, and there's not a lot to do in the area during poor weather, but the house was well equipped to keep the family entertained.

Stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing, great location and neighborhood. Extremely well furnished, comfy towels and bed. I will definitely consider staying here again. Check-in was a breeze.

This property was very nice. It was secluded from the other houses and has a beautiful yard. I have no complaints and will definitely plan to stay again!

We stayed for 10 nights whilst visiting our daughter in Taupo - it felt like home from home! Very well equipped, comfortable bed, brilliant shower and easy walk to the lakefront and local amenities. Highly recommended!

John was an extremely accommodating and responsive host . His space was well appointed and felt right at home . John’s house eas clean , tidy and well equipped . Definitely recommend John and this property to everyone . Thank you once again John :)

Great overnight stay! Clean and had everything we needed. The hottub was an added treat and the views were better than pictured!

The house was absolutely spotless. Kitchen flowed through to dining area and lounge and outdoors. Cute house wth lovely outdoor area. Two bathrooms a bonus. Katharine provided quick response to our query. Nice quiet spot.

Carolynn was friendly and quick with communication. The place was perfect for what we wanted. There were 5 of us, exhausted after a sports tournament and the place felt like we were home. We were so comfortable, and having all the amenities to cook dinner, wash clothes, relax in the living room, and sleep soundly in comfy beds was just perfect.

Great place to stay close enough to the town centre to walk!

Lovely accomodation with everything you could need! Convenient location, comfortable beds and not too noisey at night considering you’re right in the centre of town. Master bedroom has a window without a curtain so you do wake up with the sun.. but I’m sure lots of people love that!

Marie’s place was beautiful, lovely view, homely feel to the place, everything within need and check in was very easy, would recommend and definitely will be back

Beautiful place, the owner baked us a fresh loaf which was amazing. Really appreciate how friendly the owner was, left us to our own devices after a nice hello. The sculpture garden was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views of the lake. Perfect in the evening to cozy up and watch something on the smart TV with some Air-Con too. We’ll be back as soon as we can!

Très agréable logement bien équipé malgré une petite cuisine ( pas de plaque de cuisson mais un appareil à cuisson portatif, 1 feu, très efficace plus une mijoteuse électrique). Emplacement au calme avec une belle vue sur la mer sur la terrasse qui est malheureusement côté chambre ( pas de vue côté salon). Grand lit et canapé hyper confortables, très bien pour les voyageurs/ marcheurs ! Hôte très soucieuse de notre confort.

Friendly hosts, close to the beach, spacious place, hot tub (!) and two cuties (dog and cat) welcoming us upon arrival. We were unlucky with the weather, but the hot tub made even the rainy evenings enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

I had a great stay at Peter and Melanie's place. It was clean, spacious and private. Peter and Melanie were very kind and responsive. They had great recommendations for things to do in the area. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home ….. our hosts Marki and Chris were just wonderful and everything about the space and the surroundings was top notch. The furnishings, decor, attention to detail, lovely treats and overall vibe of the home was very special …. Walking distance to the most beautiful little bay, surrounded by nature was awesome. Would thoroughly recommend!!!

A wonderful place to stay. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 night stay. Rick was amazing to deal with and very quick and clear communication. We'll definitely return soon.

Great place for our family to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Would love to rate it higher than five stars. The apartment was lovely. Very private and comfortable, with so many added extras and thoughtful touches. Generosity was definitely the theme. Carol & John were there to welcome us but then left us to enjoy our stay. We would definitely recommend highly and would love to return.

The guesthouse is absolutely lovely. It adjoins the main house which is an old two storey character villa, looks out onto beautiful grounds, and the interior is just lovely (and the bed and linen were just great). Katharine left us croissants and muesli for breakfast plus coffee, and was really lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend!

The place is in a perfect location with lovely views of the lake. Louise was very quick to respond to a query. Very happy to recommend this accommodation.

Walking distance to restaurants, and they will be building a Woolworths nearby soon. Was so peaceful watching the river flow by from the balcony.
