Jade was a very helpful host. The area is traditional for the area, lovely nature reserve on back of rear garden for walks. The cottage is just lovely. Warm and cosy. We will definitely return here.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house is spacious with plenty of ensuite bathrooms. It was cosy, comfortable and perfect for us as a group of friends but would be good for families too. The location is lovely- it is set in a charming area with a shop just a minute away. We loved the fact it is surrounded by picturesque English villages with quaint cafes, restaurants and really gorgeous old pubs with open fires. Lovely rambles on the doorstep too. The house itself was idyllic and spotlessly clean. French doors in the main bedroom and living room open to stunning lake views creating a peaceful, nature-filled retreat. Waking up to birdsong and watching ducks on the lake was magical. Handy for quick access to Manchester and airport and great value for money. The host was helpful. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

Peter’s place was exactly as it looks in the photos, finished to a high standard, and clean throughout. We had sky tv & Netflix throughout the house (including the cinema room), and enjoyed the easy to use Sonos-style speakers that are situated throughout the house. There are walkable shops and pubs in the village nearby and it’s a short drive to Tatton Park, Quarry Bank or Alderley Edge if you’re looking for outdoor walks. The pond & stream in the garden are great to look out upon and provide a peaceful setting. Everything was straight forward but Peter was easily contactable if we needed him. A great stay overall and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Wow, what a location! We enjoyed the lake so much, it was a very peaceful place to stay. The house is warm, clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and the treat tray was very enjoyable. Altogether a great stay, thank you so much. Can’t wait to come back and watch the beautiful swans again 😍

Enjoyable and comfortable 2 day stay whilst attending a family wedding at nearby Colshaw Hall. Very close to town centre, restaurants etc. Peter responded quickly to any queries. Would definitely recommend this property.

Where do I start with this review? Chris is one of the most genuine, caring and wonderful people you will ever meet! He saved us from a horrific amount of stress whilst holidaying in Mexico! For some background we had to move out of our home just before going due to an internal soil pipe leak and had been living between parents and hotels just before our family holiday of a lifetime. Whilst we were away the insurers and loss adjustors agreed signed off for a long stay or let meaning we then had to try and find somewhere whilst we were on the other side of the world! I dropped Chris a message and just WOW… What a guy, if it wasn’t for him we’d have likely ruined what remained of our holiday. His place is stunning, so homely and in a beautiful location - everything you need on your doorstep with the most incredible host! It is not a shock Chris carries a 5 Star rating and it is well and truly deserved, do not hesitate and book or reach out! You won’t be disappointed, thanks Chris! 🫶

Our stay was lovely, the price was very reasonable and Fatima was very quick to respond to our messages. There was a disruption to the water at one point due to some nearby construction and she was very quick to send someone to check on the water, which we really appreciated. But a couple of things could really have improved our stay. My girlfriend felt that a small bin in the bathroom would have been very handy and we were also disappointed to find that there were no cereal bowls or pasta dishes in the property, only plates, so we had to pick up some extra crockery.

Our host was one of the best hosts I have ever come across, the hospitality and state of the flat was just exceptional. Anything we needed we were provided and treated like kin. I would recommend to anyone coming to stay in Manchester.

Fabulous place in the perfect location, easy access, privacy, loads of space. Was immaculate on arrival, lovely and warm and with everything we needed for a short break. Had our 2 dogs with us and its perfect for them.

Friendly, helpful hosts who were always quick to reply to messages. I was staying for the Manchester Marathon, and it was a short walk to the start line, very handy!

Great stay for the entire 4 weeks stay. The apartment located in high standard new building area called The Assemble, Very high security. Location excellent in the heart of the city, all our needs by walking distance. 15 Minutes to the center, shopping mall, restaurant, coffees, Train station ( Piccadilly) very close. We had Super Host gentlemen MR Niklos was very close to us and respond to our needs & clarification. Future visit to Manchester will be with him.

We were really happy with our stay at Andrew’s cottage. It was immaculate inside, well kitted out with everything we needed and had lots of thoughtful touches like the coffee beans, dog bowls and local info. Andy’s instructions were great, check in was simple with a lock box, and he gave us brilliant local recommendations. The position is lovely on the canal, so tranquil but walkable to New Mills for pubs and restaurants. There are some interesting walks nearby too

Beautiful little cottage - perfect place to stay for an adventure in the Peak District! Also great for dogs with baby gates installed to keep them downstairs, it’s lovely to have these things already in place!

We are a Family of 4, two young girls, 7 & 9. The house did not feel cramped for space with an extended Kitchen/Diner. Both Bedrooms were spacious, with more than enough cupboards/shelves etc. for clothes. Short drive from Buxton & Castleton, made a very pleasant Easter stay with Hiking Mam Tor and visiting the Blue John Caverns.

William’s place was perfect for what we wanted. Well decorated and clean. William was really accommodating and responsive with our requests, really friendly and happy to be flexible. The location is good with easy access to many lovely routes for walking in the peaks. Parking provided was good so we could drive out to al the different spots to explore. Thanks for having us.

My friend and I had 3 lovely days at Chew Cottage. It’s in a beautiful area, with local pubs and fabulous walking. The house is quirky and as described. Lovely little garden and house was very cosy. Jeanne was pro-active in responding to a problem with the Tv signal, arranging for the aerial to be repaired the next morning. As an Airbnb host myself, I appreciated the facilities and good communication. Lots of free on street parking nearby I .e. Just across the road.
