My stay through Alyssa's place was exceptional. The property was just as described—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Alyssa went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches and local tips that made my trip memorable. Communication was smooth and prompt, making the whole experience hassle-free. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable getaway.

I booked for my parents and they had a great time during their stay. Lots of amenities for tenants and the location is very convenient to the mall. Johanna was very responsive and considerate. She is easy to contact and she also checks on how her guests were doing or if there’s anything they needed. Overall they were pleased and would definitely stay again.

Great location! Easy to walk to many places or to get a tricycle. Family friendly, well stocked and prepared unit! Fun pool amenities for the whole family!

I liked how responsive the host was, and the room could use a little improvement. I think the room was also a bit pricey. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was aesthetic, and we took a lot of good pictures. 🩵🩵🩵

Ms. Edena is very responsive, even in the middle of the night 😅 (very helpful as I work graveyard) the place is very peaceful, everything is working. Pool is clean. We experienced a very short power outage and Had some wasp visitor on our first night but nonetheless everything’s almost perfect.

Great hangout place for families and barkadas. Clean and comfy, with lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The unit is is also walkable from the subdivision gate. Host is responsive and friendly.

What you see is what you get. The place is clean and relaxing, though not beach front, its within few steps away from the place. Ms Rona is very accomodating and responsive. She assisted us from check in until check out. This place is highly recommended and worth the price.

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Probably the coziest apartment with the best interior design at pico de loro. It's close to the country club and a nice walk to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for bringing your own supplies. Marlon is friendly and his caretaker was quick to help.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶

Ms. Che, Mrs. Alvarez, and Ms. Cathy were so nice and accommodating. Did not experience any mishap or hassle at all. So happy because they have beach club access - I love the exclusivity because it feels peaceful and quiet. The place and the bathroom smells good too!
