The Hobbit Hole is a TINY (~100 SF) studio apartment with LOW CEILINGS and a double bed. It’s located in the heart of Manitou Springs at the foot of Pikes Peak, a short walk from Miramont Castle, the Manitou Incline, the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, numerous hiking trails, several naturally effervescent mineral springs, and many shops & restaurants.
