The place is nestled into one of the last Virgin stands of 100' hemlocks left in the state, part of the Van Vliet Hemlock States Natural Area. The area is great for hiking, biking and any outdoor activity you can think of.

Scenically situated on the grounds of the Discovery Center in a stand of pines overlooking Statehouse Lake, this beautiful home is the perfect Northwoods getaway! Just a short walk out the front door, you'll find a private dock that gives you access to Statehouse Lake, kayaks and canoes available for you to use, and easy walking access to Rest Lake. Explore the Discovery Center's 12-mile trail system or go fishing. Access to the snowmobile trail is available via the Discovery Center driveway.

These 2 acres, surrounded only by trees, boasts a perfect experience of Northern Wisconsin vibes. Very quick access to the Heart of Vilas bike path.

Newly Renovated Galley Kitchen (small, but has all the essentials). located on Island Lake, part of the desired 10 Lake Manitowish Chain. Huge fire pit behind the cabin on the ridge overlooking the lake, pier, and gas grill. Near biking trails, restaurants and shopping. It’s private yet easy to get to right off of Hwy 51. We may not have cable, internet or perhaps the best cell service, but you’ll see the stars at night and nature at it’s best. 13 miles to Hurley. No cleaning fee!!!
