Can come to the main house to go to the bathroom or use the best compost toilet ever attached to your getaways space. Kitchen area if needed in wine area to use. Firepit and grill to use for cooking also. A place like no other!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our house is only half a block from Minnesota State University and we especially enjoy hosting the families of Maverick athletes. Campus Vue was previously owned by the family of a Mav football player and was lovingly renovated by them. There are lots of good Maverick vibes in this home. Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Cleaning fee included in the nightly rate.
