Take a spiral staircase up to a light, airy, beautiful, treehouse-like space. Modern amenities. 1 mile to Abbot Kinney and 1.5 miles to Venice beach. Lots of places to walk to for dining and shopping. Bikes available upon request and signed waiver. Kitchen is not a full kitchen. It is equipped with mini fridge, French press, coffee maker, nespresso machine, toaster, tea kettle and microwave. No cats or pets are in the space.
