Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Quiet 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment surrounded by trees. Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. There is plenty of area for all to enjoy including 900 feet of lake frontage with a creek running though the property. Enjoy a campfire lakeside at a dedicated private fire pit. Amber Inn is within walking distance.

Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. Make time to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or the sunrise with your morning coffee . Coffee bar included with snacks. In the wintertime enjoy the wood stove (wood is provided but if you need more the Byrne Dairy has some) and games.
