Beautiful ridgetop home close to Uptown Athens!

Very clean 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom non-smoking home in a beautiful country setting on an acre of land. Just a 12 minute drive to Uptown Athens & Ohio University. House comfortably sleeps 3-4 people (3 queen beds). Enjoy a self serve breakfast, covered patio and easy access to Hwy 33. There are two wineries very close as well. Junior's Farm offers a one of a kind experience on 70 secluded acres just 5 miles from uptown Athens, Ohio. The Architect designed home sits atop one of the highest points in the County, with spectacular views in all directions up to 40 miles. Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.
