Hlatini is honestly magic! We were there a few months ago and justhad to come back! The beach is literally on your doorstep, the garden is huge and full of birds, it's just heaven.

It was just what we wanted a little bit of peace with the ocean at our door step. The house could do with a few upgrades but thats life living at the sea and the salt sea air, it won't however stop us from staying there again! It was safe and had everything we needed for our stay! Thomas the caretaker was there for anything we needed, he was also not intrusive and left us to do our thing! We didnt want to leave and again would definitely book another stay there!

My kids stayed with Catherine for more than a week and enjoyed every moment. Great location, and Catherine really made them feel comfortable. The place was cute, and the kids would love to stay at Catherine's place when they visit Port Shepstone again. Great value for money! Thank you Catherine!!

A little piece of heaven. Right on the beach - it’s surreal. Lots of space to grab a quiet moment or converge together over a meal with the sea as a backdrop. The house has everything you need and more. Thomas is quietly unobtrusive and very efficient at looking after the house and comfort of the guests. Highly recommended.

really alot more than bargained for, could hear the oceans from my bed, clean and has everything you need, even a washing machine. really going there again

What can Lee and I say..we came with our 8 week old pug,Sunny the place was accommodating,warm and so well equipped,Pieter and Velosh made us feel at home with their hospitality and care, attention to detail in this wholesome cottage made us not want to leave,we were even granted extra check out time,even though they had a last minute book in,we were not rushed and still made to feel welcome again,thank you indi-boer the name makes sense and so does the love and care you put into your visitors,love and light from lee and Shanel see you soon soon ! xo

Such a beautiful stunning serene beach house! Jean Paul and his wife are such amazing souls. The apartment is so trendy and the view is simply breathtaking. This apartment fits the profile of a beach home. My family including my pet dog had an amazing stay and Will definitely return. Thank you.

At first I wanted to give a bad review, just so that no one else discover this beautiful gem in Southbroom, but alas I can't. The house is absolutely stunning, with everything you need, a home away from home. The house is beautifully decorated, one immediately wants to treat the house and everything with respect. Kim's attention to detail, welcome note, Christmas decorations, communication throughout our stay was excellent. Billy her husband assisted us with something small that had to be repaired and arranged someone on Christmas eve. Billy also notified us throughout our stay of what is happening in and around Southbroom. The house is perfectly located, easy to go for walks on the beach, trails, shops, restaurants, golf, padel, everything on your doorstep but still in a quiet and peaceful street, which is difficult during the festive season. Thank you Kim and Billy for sharing your beautiful home with us, this will definitely not be our last visit, hope to do so soon again.

The house had everything you need for a stay. It is a very homely place. You walk out the garden straight onto the beach which is very convenient. We felt safe our whole stay with security cameras located around the property. We did have a problem with the security cameras coming on early in the evening and only going off at about 08:30 in the morning. We contacted Caryn and Callan who advised what to do to get around the problem. The backup power system is great while there is load shedding. Obi the housekeeper was great and was always around if we needed help. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great and we enjoyed the short walks down to the beach. Carol was simply amazing, and the house is super clean and comfortable. The house has spectacular views of the sunrise. We would love to visit again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how luxurious and modern the property is. The space was incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully designed to make our stay feel like a true getaway. The open-concept living area, state-of-the-art kitchen, and spacious bedrooms were perfect for our family. We especially loved the breathtaking views from the living, 2 of the bedrooms and the relaxing outdoor space. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beach atmosphere. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to swimming beaches. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay – highly recommend it!

We had an awesome stay at Shale Beach House. It has everything you need; you don't have to drive anywhere. It is such a peaceful private area; the sea is literally on your doorstep. We loved the jacuzzi bath, jacuzzi and rim flow pool and the permanent ice maker, but there is so many things that make it comfortable to stay in! Wilson was a delight to deal with, had a really easy check in, he always around if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nelius for opening up your beautiful home!

My family and I had the most amazing stay in this house! Trust me when I say the picture don’t do justice to when you walk in! The views are amazing the rooms and furniture are spacious and comfy! Its all you want from a holiday home! The host ( Melissa ) was super accommodating, even making sure our little puppies enjoyed their holiday by securing the gate! This is absolute value for money and I already miss it so so much! The house is warm and cozy and instantly makes you feel on holiday when you walk in! Could not have asked for anything better!

Beautiful place

Inyoni exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is one in a million. A pristine beach that had everything. Good swimming, shark nets and lifeguards. A great tidal "pool" quite small but perfect for kids and dogs to have a paddle and grownups to plop your butt in and just chill for hours. Only homes immediately on the beach had access, so nice and private. The house... It is perfect, set in the most exquisite garden, with a summer house. The jacuzzi was vacuumed daily, was lovely to sit in with a cocktail after a day on the beach. There is everything, every appliance, utensil. Beautiful linens, comfortable furniture, fun little bar, plenty of fridge and freezer space and pantry. The staff were incredible, Thandi is a sweetheart, she really looked after us and even did our washing which was not expected. Mawakhe the induna had the braai clean and jacuzzi vacummed by 7.30 every morning. We will be back, it is an absolute treasure.

Beautiful views of the sea and private beach nestled in the reserve. We enjoyed being close to the beach for walks with our dogs. Exceptionally peaceful and comfortable. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite very rainy weather for a number of days we did get out about in the area for some recommended activities. We can highly recommend this property.

The house was IMMACULATE! The host and the staff were so helpful and welcoming.Mam Annie was so sweet and patient with us.The house was clean and spacious and accommodated all of us as a family. The pictures do not do the house any justice! We will definitely be coming back again but for longer this time ! We LOVED it there❤️

Kirsty is incredible. She was very quick to respond to any of our needs. An absolute gem to deal with. We loved the house with the beach access and had a supper comfortable stay. Otherwise, we were very comfortable and needed for nothing else. I would recommend Tamassa to anyone and would gladly book this house again.
