Best place in Cuba. The whole house is air conditioned and the air works even when there is no electricity because they have a power plant. Eduardo helped me with everything, he even let me a SIM card to be able to communicate when in Cuba. The lady that helps with the cleaning helped us wash our clothes and she was so nice. Great Casa particular. Can’t say enough good things. Book it. You won’t regret it. Thank you Eduardo for everything.

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

Es completamente recomendable porque pasamos una gran estancia con facilidad de utensilios para cocinar, acogedor patio con piscina para refrescar el calor, limpio y agradable. El personal de la casa muy servicial y amable que te ayuda en todo lo que necesites.

This was the most impressive home we stayed in! Located in Miramar, a top neighborhood surrounded by diplomatic and residential homes, it’s unassuming outside but a stunning surprise inside—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with an artistic beach vibe. You can rent by room or the entire space. Four en suite rooms, but all 5 rooms have keypad-locked doors and safes for security. Location also includes 24/7 security. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a coffee machine, top-tier appliances (hair dryer), and streaming services (WiFi can be spotty, as expected in Cuba). Includes both 110 & 220 outlets. Lots of thought and intention. The rooftop pool is a true highlight, and fresh flowers were a lovely touch! Marcos is an amazing host—attentive, responsive, and able to arrange transportation, tours, or dining. The staff keeps the home pristine. A truly special stay—we’d return in a heartbeat!

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

Un alojamiento super excelente. Tania presente en todo sentido desde el dia de la confirmacion de reserva hasta dias despues de irnos. Un alojamiento precioso, ameno, muy agradable, comodo. Teniamos frigobar y ambientes muy amplios. La terraza es hermosa para tomar unos mates y/o tomar unos tragos y/o simplemente descansar luego de un largo dia de paseo por La Habana. Eramos un grupo fliar grande de 9 personas y TODOS coincidimos con lo excelente del alojamiento y de la excelente predisposicion de Tania. Tuvimos un problema en el aeropuerto que la aerolinea nos perdio la valija y Tania presente en todo para ayudarnos (hablando con la aerolinea, el envio, etc). Como tambien presente para sugerir lugares y como organizarnos. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento sin ninguna duda.

Carlos ist einfach zu nett und kümmert sich so dermaßen um seine Gäste!!!! Unfassbar! Vertraut ihm! Er will euch helfen und gibt super Tipps. Für jedes Problem hat er eine Lösung! Das ganze dann auch noch so nett und freundlich! Das hat unserem Start in den Urlaub so viel einfacher gemacht. Ohne ihm wäre alles so viel komplizierter geworden. Davon abgesehen ist das Haus so super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, dass man sich in Havanna hineingezogen fühlt. Wir wünschen ihm nur das Beste und unendlich viele Gäste, die ihm Freude bereiten. Lasst euch auf das Abenteuer Kuba ein, verzeiht dem Land die Unannehmlichkeiten und genießt die schönen Seiten! Und ein guter Ausgangspunkt ist diese Unterkunft!!!

Su questo alloggio all’Avana c’è davvero poco da dire, se non che è semplicemente meraviglioso. Alessandro è attento a ogni minimo dettaglio e si vede. È la terza volta che vado all’Avana e ho soggiornato in sei alloggi diversi, dagli hotel alle case particular, ma questo è stato senza dubbio il più confortevole. La struttura è nuovissima e pulita, e la posizione è perfetta per esplorare tutta l’Avana Vecchia. Le foto rispecchiano perfettamente la realtà. I collaboratori di Alessandro, presenti in portineria 24 ore su 24, sono discreti e mai invadenti, sempre disponibili a rispondere a ogni dubbio e a dare ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare. Un soggiorno impeccabile!

Our stay was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond for our family and were quick to respond to every message and request whether on line or in person. Everything and everyone were so great and helpful. We all loved the breakfast offered in the house. Odess helped coordinate a day trip to Varadero for us and taxis whenever we needed. The girls who work in the house are equally as incredible. We had the most perfect time and will definitely be returning soon.

Amelia y Alfonso son encantadores. Ella es un torbellino de vitalidad. La casa estaba muy limpia y era cómoda y agradable. Muy moderna en su interior y con aire acondicionado y ventiladores para no pasar calor. Amelia nos recomendó lugares para ir a comer por la zona y nos explicó dónde se encontraba la zona WiFi, muy cerca de la casa. La estación central está también muy cerca y también la plaza de la Revolución. Se adaptaron a nuestros horarios sin problema y nos aconsejaron sobre el barrio y a la hora de coger el Viazul que teníamos previsto para el día siguiente.

Diese Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Man fühlt sich willkommen und sehr wohl. Wir haben morgens ein Frühstück für ca 6-7 Euro bestellt. Die beiden Damen waren sehr aufmerksam und bemüht. Abends kommt ein Nachtportier, der aufpasst. Man hat daher das Gefühl, dass immer jemand da ist, falls man Fragen hat. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Fernando. Er ist der Beste. Rund um die Uhr per whats App erreichbar, jedes Anliegen wird gelöst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Amazing place to stay! A little far away from old havana so taxi's started to add up. But it is in a very safe place! There are restaurant that are not expensive within walking distance. There is also night clubs that are close to the house if you want to go out at night. Their back yard is AMAZING! Definitely take advantage and go in the back and smoke or drink. Also take her up on her breakfast! She is an awesome cook it's definitely worth a try! I would highly recommend this house!

Maria and Raoul are great people. They toured us around the area showing us all the amenities and places of entertainment. We enjoyed their company and generosity.

Los dueños de la casa , Maby y su esposo Manuel fueron los mejores anfitriones que pudimos tener . Siempre atentos y dispuestos a atender a nuestras demandas nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa, o mejor aún . La casa respondió con creces a lo que de ella esperábamos por la información de que disponíamos en esta aplicación . Sin duda si volvemos a La Habana será nuestra primera opción. 100% recomendable.

Selected this location for its proximity to Fábrica de Arte Cubano but even though the FAC was closed for remodeling we were happy to have found it. Guest area is on the second floor of a big home on the corner of the intersection of two streets with a veranda elevated above the street corner. There were lots of plants and creature comforts at this unit and the housekeeper Belkis was awesome! Though this review rates the property at five stars it's rating is intended to be relative to other properties in the area. So, even though there was some street noise in the rooms at night (nice touch providing the ear plugs) and the common area wasn't air conditioned it was still much nicer than surrounding properties. Thanks for such a nice stay and thanks again for Belkis- she's charming, thorough and attentive!

Hello Jennifer (Gilberto & Maitê); Thank you for hosting us in your house for ours 50 day's journey in Cuba. That was an amazing and unforgettable experience. Gilberto and Maitê shares the house with you, they have their own apartment in the house. They are not only our hosts but also your neighbor and mentor in Cuba, well family. And it worth it! They save you one week time to get into cuba normal life. So, issues like how to shop groceries, best transportation, normal advising to restaurants, pharmacy, stores are ensure with sympathy by them. Also, security is assure, but I felt that is no issue in Cuba, everywhere! Is safe and at home pretty safe. The house is nice, well decorated, with high standards for Cuba for mostly everything that is basic: (hot)water, gas, electricity never missed. Inside, If you need something more than the basic (dish, glasses and cutlery); example a hand blender, please confirm with them before or take it with you; outside, the jardins of the house are great and can be improved. The house was fantastic. The co-host, Shei, was super helpful. She set up a cigar factory tour, transportation, Havana club tour, Classic car tour, dinner with a local family including cooking, Vinales tour, etc. She arranged for an English speaking guide to accompany us for 3+ days as our Spanish is not very good. She made the trip a fantastic success. The transportation was in a large air conditioned van. We had 6 people. The team at the house is very helpful and friendly. I recommend eating at the house a few nights. Breakfast and the lobster dinner were delicious. The girls at the house are amazing and so helpful. We used google translate and had a great time. The host at the house was able to arrange money exchange and cigar purchases on the first night. The home is super clean. There is a well stocked fridge with beer, water, and soda. We set on the outside patio every night and enjoyed drinks and cigars after a full day's activity. I would definitely return.
