The Good Life is a family friendly lakehouse that we want to share with you! With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

We'd like to welcome you to our home as YOUR home away from home. Boat Dock Getaway is very easy to find just off Hwy 178 and offers the 3 big C's comfort, cozy and convienent. Our getaway is convinent to Bull Shoals lake, .5 mile to Lakeview Park, public boat lanch & Lakeview Marina. White River Dam is a mile down Hwy 178. As comfortable as your own home and a cozy living space. Has a perfect circle driveway, great for boats, trailers and many vehicles. A large backyard with a fire pit!

Bring the whole family to this 14-acre slice of heaven just (3) bends upstream from the White River confluence and (4) miles from Ranchette White River AGFC access nestled on Crooked Creek, Arkansas’ premier blue ribbon smallmouth bass stream! Fish, swim, snorkel, sit out on the deck and enjoy nature with this secluded log home. If you have more than (12) guests, please contact host as we will always try and accommodate! We now have STARLINK WIFI for the best internet available on the creek!

The Historic "Commercial Hotel"!

The historic "Commercial Hotel" is one of the original Bed & Breakfasts in Cotter that dates back to 1903! This is the oldest standing building in Cotter and fully renovated. You are renting the entire building and will have exclusive access with no shared spaces. We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There are 2 tvs/w Dish, dvd player & dvds. The home is not equipped with wifi. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house.
