Stay in a light-filled garden apartment within a charming 1885 Nelson villa, full of character with high ceilings, timber floors and beautiful natural light. The apartment has its own private garden, with outdoor seating, a BBQ, seasonal grapes, citrus & feijoas to enjoy. Perfect for couples or solo travellers, the apartment sleeps 2 in the main bedroom. A fold-out chair bed with linen is also provided for a third guest. Getting here is easy too, with the airport e-bus stopping right outside.

Situated under ten minutes drive to City, Beach, Golf Course, Airport. Overlooks the sea, mountains, beach. The Commodore Suite, situated on the entrance level of our house, is sunny, very warm, light and airy. One bedroom, bathroom, living area & kitchenette with 2 hobs, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer and bench top grill. BBQ available on the upper deck as is use of that deck. Washer and dryer available in our living area which guests always welcome to use. Not suitable for children.

The best of both worlds! A quiet 1/2 acre sanctuary with extensive views out to sea but only a short distance to town. Completely separate lockable access to a generously sized, sunny studio apartment, with undercover parking next to your entrance. A mountain bike park on the back doorstep or a scenic walk into town.
