المنزل دافي عنما كان الجو ماطراً و بارداً احببت المكان جدا مناسب لشخصين المكان نظيف للغايه و الحي ممتاز جدا و امن الفعاليات بالحي كثيره و قريب من كل شي استمتعت كثيرا بالمنزل وكانت نيهان سريعه الاستجابه و اوصتني بالمنطقه و الفعاليات شكزاً نيهان على الخدمه و على المنزل الجميل

Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

Thanks to Kerem for me check in early and telling me how to take the metro from the airport to the apartment. The apartment is quiet and you can hear the birds singing. Within 15 minutes' walk there are parks, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, supermarkets, buses and metro.........

Ottimo soggiorno in un quartiere tranquillo a Kadikoy. Casa pulita e calda. La cucina aveva tutto il necessario. Acqua calda con pressione. Posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi, tanti posti nei dintorni per mangiare e bere. Il host è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste e oltre questo ci ha permesso anche di fare il check In anticipato. Grazie! Piccole cose da migliorare: La posizione del letto solo da un lato è un problema quando vuoi spostarti. Il frigorifero fa troppo rumore ogni tanto. La posizione della lavatrice vicino alla WC non è comoda, soprattutto per persone grandi e alte.

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

We had a great time at Nilufer's apartment, she is a great host! The place was clean and had everything we needed it (a kitchen chopper would be useful :))). Many shops and place to eat nearby the apartment. Easy access to the bus/metrobus (it takes 30-40 minutes to the historical center). The parking spot was so useful! It's difficult to find parking places around the building/ in Istanbul.

Very nice and well looked after apartment, great city views and the host Firat was very helpful whenever he was needed. Look forward to staying at this place again.

كانت إقامتي رائعة أنا وعائلتي في هذه الشقة الجميلة والنظيفة. المالك شخص محترم وخلوق، وقد كان التعامل معه في غاية الود. شعرت وكأنني في بيتي تمامًا. شكراً للجميع، للموقع المميز وللمالك الكريم.

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

Strategic location to TUYAP exhibition hall. 10-15mins walking distance. One downside is the exit to TUYAP bridge only open after mall open which is after 10am. But overall not an issue for us if we choose to take a taxi towards TUYAP only cost us around 120-150 Turkish Lira. Overall, strategic location. Super kind and responsive host, clean stay

We had a wonderful stay at Gulsah's home. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Place is close to metro and short ride or nice walk to main attractions.

Daire fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi. Temiz ve konforluydu. Güvenlik ve mahremiyetle alakalı bir sorun yoktu. Son zamanlarda tutmamıza rağmen Deniz bey yardımcı oldu. Konumda mağazalar, restoranlar yakın. Ulaşım kolay. Anadolu yakasında kalmak isteyen herkesin bir şans vermesini tavsiye ederim.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

İnsanın kendi evindeymiş gibi hissetmesi güzel bir duygu. Büşra hanıma misafirperverliğinden dolayı teşekkür ederim.

Daire konum olarak uygun bir yerde, Otopark büyük rahatlık. Uyumaya engel bir gürültü yok. Mutfak gereçleri var fakat, ufak tefek giderilebilecek eksikler var. Orda kaldığım süre İstanbuldaki 6,2 şiddetindeki depreme denk geldi. Ev sahibinin bu süreçte yazıp ilgilenmesi ayrı bir nezaket. Tekrar kalabileceği bir daire, teşekkür ediyorum.

Ev mükemmel bir lokasyonda. Metrobüse 200m ve Kadıköy 1.5km isterseniz yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Gece metrobüs ile dönüş çok kolay oluyor evin konumu sebebiyle. Onun dışında ev gayet temiz, eve giriş gayet kolay ve güvenlikli bir sitede olması sebebiyle içiniz rahat olabilir. Balkon geniş ve çok keyifli. Ev sahibi son derece ilgili. Kapalı otoparka araç giriş çıkışı konusunda sistemsel bir sorun yaşadık, ev sahibine telefon açtım anında halletti. Her şey için teşekkürler. Bir sonraki seyahatlerimde tekrardan tercih edeceğim.

Gayet rahat, park vs problemi olmayan bir konaklamaydı.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kağıthane, Istanbul! The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul and would love to come back in the future!

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

Konaklamadan keyif aldık. Kadir bey mesajlara hızlı dönüş yaptı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi, manzarası güzeldi ama ev çok geniş değildi iki kişiydik ve bize yetti. Kadir beyin evini tekrar tercih edebiliriz.

Appartamento come nelle foto. Ottimo per comitive di 6 persone. Tre camere da letto e due bagni nuovi; un salone e cucina ampio. La terrazza del piano superiore è ottima per un relax al sole. C'erano alcune mancanze nella casa che sono state prontamente colmate dal tempestivo intervento dell'host. In generale, la posizione è buona seppure può risultare scomoda la salita che porta dall'appartamento fino a piazza taksim per chi ha serie difficoltà motorie, quindi attenzione solo a questo. Ascensori, acqua ed elettricità sempre perfettamente funzionanti. L'appartamento è al confine tra la zona nuova di taksim ed una zona un po' più popolare ma questo non crea nessun problema in quanto la zona è, in generale, super sicura sia il giorno che la notte. Un po' di rumore dalla strada (istanbul, in generale è caotica) ma ultimo piano e insonorizzazione delle finestre hanno mitigato questo aspetto. Chiedete all'host consigli su dove andare, trasporti, etc..., vi sarà sempre d'aiuto a 360°.
