Second time here, great area with bars and restaurants full of locals, easy access to sights by ferry and bus/tram.

I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful flat given the reasonable price and INCREDIBLE location! As others have noted, it’s just off of a major street so there can be some noise and light pollution from party boats, but not a bad problem to have. The kitchen is well equipped. Apart from the salon, the apartment is a bit dark and some light bulbs were out. There is an abundance of storage! We also had a high chair and a crib available (more of a pack and play—our baby wouldn’t sleep in it but the host made it available!). The location and the view from the salon are the highlights here. Less than 5 minutes to the tram, the kabataș ferry station and the funicular to Taksim, not to mention the gorgeous dolmabaçe mosque right out the window, the with palace just beyond that has a lovely seaside cafe. There is a very slight incline from the Main Street to the flat—enough to create some distance but easily walkable for our elderly relatives. Look forward to staying here again!

Premièrement, Bedirhan nous a fait un accueil impeccable: il nous a offert le transport de l’aéroport à l’Airbnb et vice-versa, il nous a fait des recommandations pour les restaurants aux alentours, nous a aider à transporter nos valises jusqu’au Airbnb qui se retrouve au quatrième étage. Bref, il était vraiment soucieux de nous offrir les meilleurs services pour nous rendre le séjour inoubliable. Le Airbnb offre une vue imprenable du Bosphore avec une belle petite terrasse. Et sa position géographique fait en sorte que c’est un incontournable!

I had an amazing stay at SeaView Grand in Istanbul! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful location. A special thanks to Yunus, who provided outstanding service—he even helped deliver my suitcase after I accidentally left it behind. He is truly trustworthy and went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend SeaView Grand and Yunus’s excellent service to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ich bin dankbar, diese besondere Atmosphäre erlebt haben zu dürfen. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen sicheren Parkplatz, auf dem man das Auto für relativ wenig Geld abstellen kann. Absolute Empfehlung!

The Airbnb is spacious, clean and very well located! There are many shops, restaurants and markets within walking distance. The host, Ali, was great and Nazli was helpful

Öncelikli olarak gayet güzel vakit geçirdik ev bahçesi ve havuz mükemmeldi. Bizle iletişim halinde Hasan Bey vardı gayet anlayışlı ve konukseverdi. Evi bize kardeşi teslim etti o da gayet güzel sıcak kanlı biriydi, misafirperverlerdi. Evin içinde bulunan eşyalar eskiydi. Masalarda konsollarda danteller var ve hepsi çok tozluydu. Halılara çıplak ayakla basmamanızı tavsiye ederiz. Banyoda yerde bulunan plastikler çok eskimiş yıpranmış ve kopuktu. Evin her yerinde devasa örümcek ağları ve örümcekler vardı. Ama genel konaklama için yanınızda keyif aldığınız kişiler varsa havuzda ve bahçede geçireceğiniz keyif paha biçilemez. Bizler aşırı keyif aldık ve kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Our family of six absolutely loved our stay at Sinan's spacious apartment in Istanbul! The generous layout provided ample room for everyone, and the fully-equipped accommodation offered everything needed for an ideal city getaway. The location is truly exceptional - just minutes from the metro station and a short stroll to the tram line that takes you directly to the city center. Convenience is key with several small supermarkets literally steps from the front door. Sinan proved to be an outstanding host. His responsiveness was impressive, even when we arrived late in the evening. His kindness extended to arranging airport transportation for our departure, which made our trip ending stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this magnificent city!

Ubytovani bylo velmi vhodné pro dlouhodobĕjší pobyt. U Marty jsme byli celý mĕsíc. Moc se nám tam líbilo a nic nám nechybĕlo.

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

We stayed for 2 nights at Vedat's place. We did enjoy the close proximity to the beach which makes Büyükçekmece one of the highlights in Istanbul. The neighbourhood is family-like and welcoming to respectful guests. Spending a weekend there will truly create unforgetful memories. Vedat and his brother made sure that our stay was as smooth as possible. When I had a question, Vedat was only a text message away. Would stay again.

We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!
