Bars, restaurants, and the Marina are just a 3-4 minute walk away. As the house is in the old town, cars are not allowed, but nearby municipal parking is available. Two-storey house in the center of Marmaris. The house offers a beautiful view of a small city park. The sea can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. Near the house there are all resort amenities: shops, restaurants, cafes and public transport and taxi stops. On the ground floor of the house there is a mini-garden, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a toilet, and on the second floor there are two bedrooms with panoramic windows and a sitting area on the balcony, as well as a shower and toilet.

Apartment located on the seaside. There is public beach across the street. On the mainroad 15 minutes parking is free. You can easily find free parking place around three parallel roads far from the sea. It means five minutes walking distance.
