Todo muy bien. apartamento muy central. cerca de Menara Mall , restaurantes etc.. lo recomiendo 100%.!

L’appartamento è molto bello, spazioso e pulito. Non si trova nella Medina ma avevamo deciso appositamente di provare ad alloggiare in una zona diversa, in modo tale da sperimentare qualche ristorante nella zona nuova di Marrakech, la spa a fianco del residence ed essere vicino al Jardin Majorelle. Rada, il co-host, è stato gentilissimo: flessibile con gli orari del check-in, disponibile a darci informazioni sul luogo e a metterci in contatto con un driver per l’aeroporto e ci ha persino stampato le carte d’imbarco e portate in appartamento l’ultima sera. Infine, il prezzo dell’appartamento era onestissimo. Super esperienza!

Appartement très propre, accueil parfait merci !

Amine est un hôte parfait ! Il incarne tout ce qu'on peut apprécier des bons côtés d'Essaouira : une belle âme, un hôte ouvert et à l’écoute, proactif, réactif. Il a toujours le sourire et une bonne humeur communicative. Vraiment une perle rare avec l'essentiel, propre, flexible pour le départ et à un tarif très abordable. Vu la localisation pratique, on peut profiter des restaurants et des activités facilement. Personnellement, j'ai réservé pour mon père qui a passé un excellent séjour et recommande ce logement à tous ceux qui aiment le Maroc et veulent passer de belles vacances. Grâce à toi Amine, mon père veut revenir et te recommande à tous nos amis. On t’encourage pour la suite, reste comme tu es, toujours aussi accueillant et chaleureux !

Buena Ubicación, Justo al lado de la estación de tren, cerca al aeropuerto y también ño muy alejado del centro. Ubicacion precisa y el departamento estaba muy limpio, perfecto con lo necesario. Lo recomiendo.

Excellent séjour chez Kamel. Le logement etait nickel et il a été très arrangeant sur l’heure d’arrivée et l’heure de depart. Nous avions meme oublié un objet qu’il nous a reenvoyé par la poste. Très honnête et gentil je recommande à 1000%!

Sara est une excellente hôte de plus son appartement est très confortable calme et joliment décoré on s y sent bien il est aussi proche de toute commodité endroit à visiter et commerce à proximité je recommande vivement et grand merci à Sara

Très bel appart super bien équipé et très confortable dans une résidence de charme à deux pas de l'aéroport, d'un supermarché et de la Médina - l'idéal ! Les piscines font rêver et c'est un véritable havre de paix. Parking extérieur couvert privé à l'intérieur de la résidence gardée. Très bonne ambiance. Très francophone.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce superbe appartement ! L’endroit est encore plus charmant en vrai : tout est impeccablement propre, bien aménagé et pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Le calme des environs est très appréciable. L’hôte a été très disponible et accueillant, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés, et où nous espérons revenir très bientôt !

The apartment was spotless and exactly as pictured. Fouad was incredibly responsive, making the trip seamless. I’ll definitely book here again and highly recommend!

Séjour en famille court mais absolument parfait ! L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien situé dans un quartier calme et sécurisé. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous dès le premier instant. L’accueil était au top : Fouad est une personne gentille, chaleureuse et très professionnelle. Un hôte exceptionnel ! Nous recommandons son logement à 100 % à toutes les familles de passage à Marrakech. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore et à très bientôt ! 😊💯

Place was nice, and you got what you paid for. Definitely spaceous, but some random items were left in the home. Right near all the markets in Marrakech, but didn't feel like a super safe area. Wouldn't want to be there alone. OVerall good experience.

Wij hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad en alles was perfect geregeld. Locatie zorgt ervoor dat alles goed te bereiken is.

Very beautiful place, it looked even better in person. The host was super friendly , really looked after us. Even sorted the football out on telly (big bonus) recommend me a good local hammam. Very pro active host I highly recommend this place. The location is good, high end food spots are close, clubs and bars not far. The big market is less than 10 mins away. I highly recommend the area. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Deuxième fois dans cet appart incroyable à Marrakech, en plein Gueliz, et toujours pas déçu ! Tout est parfait : super stylé, hyper confortable, avec un jacuzzi qui fait rêver. À deux pas des restos, boutiques et de l'ambiance de la ville. Un spot idéal pour vivre Marrakech à fond, je recommande à 100% ! 🌟

really lovely apartment, such a nice spacious well designed space to have after a busy day bustling around the souks of the medina! Mohcine and his assistant Aziz could not have been more helpful and accommodating! was a bit too cold to use the small outdoor bath but i imagine on a sweaty 30+ day it would be wonderful to sit with your feet in! Really clean throughout and the beds were very comfortable with really nice luxurious cotton sheets which was a definite plus! Its a bit far out from the busy parts of Marrakech but that can work in it's favour when it's so busy all day, and there are a couple of great restaurants a 15-20 minute walk away, Aziz sent us a huge list of amenities around the area which was great.

Had a wonderful stay at Ali’s property, the hosts were incredible, so informative all the way along. It was my first time in Marrakesh and the hosts eased my experience giving me exact location points and detailed explanations of how to locate the property, being that the area is mostly French speaking this was so helpful. Their responses are quick which was so reassuring. My partner and I had a fantastic stay, there is so much to experience and see within short distance of the apartment and our experience felt authentic yet lovely to be able to be in such a peaceful apartment at the end of the day. There is a supermarket within walking distance which was great, the mall is not far either and we got to enjoy lots of excursions which were within 10-30 mins from our apartment. If you would like to experience Marrakesh in full but enjoy peace by the end of the night this is the perfect place.. thank you to Ali and team

I had a fantastic stay at Aline’s place. The apartment is comfortable and well-located, with lots of great local eateries just steps away. Getting to the main attractions was easy—either a quick taxi ride or a pleasant 20–30 minute walk through the city. Aline was an excellent host, always responsive and eager to help with any questions or recommendations. I really enjoyed my time in Marrakech and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming home base.

Sarah est une hôtesse très attentionnée, sérieuse et aimable. Son appartement est très proche de la gare ferroviaire (une dizaine de minutes en taxi), propre, sécurisé H24, et le concierge est très sympathique. Quant au jacuzzi sur le balcon, c'est là un "plus" indéniable... On ne peut que recommander avec grand plaisir cette adresse dans laquelle nous reviendrons à coup sûr 🙂

Appart spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais elle est très grande et à l'air d'être bien équipée. Literie très confortable. Je sais que cela ne se fait pas beaucoup au Maroc mais un petit rideau pour la douche serait un vrai +. L'appart est très bien situé, à proximité des axes principaux de Marrakech, Médina accessible à pieds, promenades en calèche à côté. Place de parking privée au sous sol de la résidence. Petite supérette en bas de l'immeuble, quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants. Le seul petit bémol pour moi mais qui ne nous empêchera pas de revenir: - appart au 4ème et terrasse au 6ème, il faut prendre l'ascenseur pour y accéder, on ne peut donc pas y aller en simple maillot de bain, il faut s'habiller puisque l'on traverse des espaces communs. Philippe et Nissrine sont très réactifs et de bons conseils, merci beaucoup à vous 2!
