Провела в доме неделю, всё соответствовало описанию. Условия простые, но есть всё необходимое: чисто, свежее постельное, обогреватель и тёплые одеяла (что спасало в дождливую апрельскую погоду). Аутентичная грузинская дача с уютным двором и летней кухней. До ближайших достопримечательностей — каньона, горячих источников, реки и крепости — можно добраться пешком. Рядом есть небольшие деревенские магазины. До города можно доехать на такси или маршрутке. В доме новый санузел и теплая вода. Хозяева были на связи и помогли с трансфером из Сенаки.

We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

Small, cozy and comfortable apartment. Everything was very clean and neat. Interior is made in light colors full of natural light and books for you to read. A few good and reliable stores in less than 5 minutes of walking distance, great view from the balcony of the horizon, mountains wit sunsets and sundown's. Old abandoned Soviet hotels and nice up close view of the back o a church which chimes it's bells each morning (which won't wake you up). Good, kind neighbors and friendly kids that are very excited about tourists. And last but not least, the most nice and friendly host we have ever met. She and her family kindly helped us with getting married by being our witnesses.

If you're searching for a base in Tskaltubo, look no further than Victoria's Charming flat! It's a beautiful spacious apartment, very clean, & with so many wonderful artifacts to delight. Victoria's communication is excellent, she offers great suggestions of where to go, & what to see. Furthermore, she donates a generous percentage of the airbnb income to local animal charities. The flat is very close to the park, spas, a 20 minute walk to the market. There are shops just across the road too if you prefer to cook than eat out all the time. We highly recommend.
