The house was very clean, comfortable & fairly spacious. The beds were very comfortable as well. All items in house worked fine and parking was great. Price was appropriate for the area. Very close to beach.

We loved the idea of converting an old motel into a more comfortable and spacious place right across from the beach. The bed was comfortable, "living" room space with table, microwave and fridge were just what we needed, and folks we met were very friendly. We'd stay here again!

We were originally supposed to been here two weeks before. My wife became ill three days before we were to leave and Melissa worked with us to find alternative dates. A fantastic host and very friendly. The space has everything you need and more. The town and the coast, extremely charming. Fall of the year, beautiful! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay along the coast of Michigan. You can see the water from the window and walk two streets to the beach, simply cannot say enough about the house and the area where we are staying.

The girlfriend and I planned this trip last minute and glad we chose Bens place at Ludington Beach. It was perfect for just us 2 and located walking distance to the beautiful beach. Great local restaurants all around and scenic state park 10 minutes north. We will definitely be back to this peaceful paradise.

The room was just as described and instructions on checking in were very clear. Surrounding areas were beautiful and easily walkable!

My family and I selected Ellie’s house for fall break. We were seeking a destination that would help us recharge, relax and recoup. The setting of this home is so beautiful and relaxing. The back patio is perched above the picturesque Lake Hamlin. The house is equipped with many windows to help you enjoy the view from inside as well. We found just what we were looking for. I must give Ellie the highest compliment possible for her care, responsiveness, and friendliness. We had all needs met and she communicated very well before and during our stay. We would like to come back again someday! My family gives this home a 5/5.

If you’re looking to get away from it all, this is the perfect opportunity. This cottage will allow you to enjoy a no stress vacation. We had 7 over 60 women in in our group. It is a large place with tons of beds. All stairs had railings on them. Bathrooms did not have railings which made it difficult for some of us. Also there was no outside lighting which made it difficult for some of us. The lake was nice to swim in and the large umbrella near the beach was very nice to have. We enjoyed a beautiful campfire. Al in all it’s a perfect place for a vacation but might need a few tweaks for seniors 😀

This airbnb was the best I’ve ever rented. Everything was explained clearly about the property, before and in a booklet when we arrived. Tristen had everything we would need there at the property from hand soap, dish detergent, paper towel, trash bags, spices, coffee, towels, toilet paper, washcloths, fully stocked kitchen such as pots, pans, plates, silverware, the list goes on. She also had laundry detergent for the washer available! I have never stayed at an airbnb that was as fully stocked with all the things we expect to have to go and buy for a week when renting an airbnb. The home was beautiful and decorated well. Lots or boardgames, and things to do nearby. I highly recommend this place, we will come back when the weather is warmer. Thank you Tristen!

I’ve stayed at Shane and Lil’ P’s place a couple of times now. It’s well-apportioned and set up for gatherings. Plenty of space to mingle, large dining tables, a bevy of cocktail glasses, accommodating back yard, great modern kitchen with island. Interior is real pretty with nice wood and old Victorian feel. Easy walk to pretty much anyplace you want to go (except maybe the grocery store), including the shore. Nestled in downtown, but residential and quiet just the same. Shane was responsive to my trifling needs and took care of them quickly. I like staying here and you will too.

Great location very close to town. More than enough space for my family of 4. Mark was very responsive to questions. Home is very clean and cozy. Wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

I would highly recommend the Lighthouse Cottage! Perfect location and easy walk to the beach. The home was very clean and cozy and equipped with everything you might need on a vacation. Ben was proactive and very communicative. Couldn't have asked for a better host!!

Ludington Explorer was very comfortable, clean, and located in a beautiful location. We enjoyed watching the Badger go out from the living room windows and balcony, and the views of the marina. The hosts have thought of everything. There was a Keurig with k-cups, beach chairs and towels for guest use, and lots of other little details. The unit was as pictured and described. We had a great time. Would stay again!

The location was great and easy to walk to beach and town. The condo is on the park side so you hear the grass cutting and lawn maintenance at 7 am. The subfloor is not even in some spots so you need to watch your step walking in the halls and bathroom. The setup of the condo has a very nice layout. There were many amenities provided. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Would definitely recommend! Melissa was great if you needed anything!

Melissa was very friendly and helpful during our check in. The condo was perfect for our group of four adults and 2-year-old grandson. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is great with playground, restaurants and shopping within reasonable walking distance. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Laundry Room is handy although we didn’t need to use it. Parking and access to condo is very handy. We look forward to another stay in this lovely space. Thanks for making this a special memory with our family from England!

It was a great stay! Really cool space in the heart of downtown town Ludington. Ryan was super friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations, including making sure we got seated at a restaurant he recommended. Would recommend!
