Welcome! We are the owners/ builders of this house constructed in 2016 and live in the main house beside it. It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. Welcome to RISE AND SHINE at Oak Island Beach Villas! Fabulous location on tranquil Caswell Beach. Close to amazing food, the iconic Oak Island Lighthouse, and top rated golf yet you feel the peaceful vibe of being on the east end of the island. Steps from the beach with breathtaking views, this beautifully decorated condo features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and sleeps 5-6. Choose a short walk to the pool (seasonal) or simply relax on the private balcony listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Enjoy your own PRIVATE suite with keyless entry. The only shared space is the driveway. This suite boasts a queen size, full size and an extra long twin bed in the loft. A porta-crib is available upon request. Enjoy beach décor, TV, kitchenette and full private bathroom. This suite is centrally located & just minutes from UNCW, Long Leaf Hills Park, Wrightsville and Carolina Beaches. Food and shopping are within walking distance! Our established, quiet neighborhood is perfect for families.

Davy Jones' Loft Treehouse & Treasure Hunt

Ahoy!🏴🦜Welcome to Davy Jones' Loft! This private suite is detached on its own lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The treehouse has a beautiful view of Hewlett's Inlet. This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Located in the center of Wilmington, enjoy our attached guest home. We are 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach & 11 miles from Carolina Beach. You will have access to our completely private attached guest home. This space features a full kitchen, private bathroom with washer and dryer, bedroom, and a super comfy sleeper couch in the living room. Enjoy our coffee/tea bar complete with everything you need, or enjoy the complementary cereal and oatmeal that is waiting for you!
