Die Terrasse hat eine private Atmosphäre, mit einer Dekoration und Beleuchtung sehr gemütlich und romantisch, um besondere Nächte zu verbringen.

Die Wohnung liegt in der 8. Etage eines der höchsten Gebäude in Playa del Ingles und bietet einen tollen Meerblick. Da ich sie selbst als Urlaubs- und Home-Office-Ort nutze, ist sie hochwertig und mit einem guten Verhältnis aus Stauraum und Freiraum ausgestattet. Meine Gäste und ich genießen es besonders, morgens bei offener Balkontür den Blick zu erleben. Hinweis: Durch die zentrale Lage verläuft neben dem Gebäude eine Straße – bei offener Balkontür kann man sie gelegentlich hören.
